Disclosed is a method of preparing tropical mixed fruits candy containing banana, mango, pineapple and watermelon, milk, salt and calamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) juice. Said process comprising the following: washing and peeling the banana, mango, pineapple and water melon; cutting the peeled fruits into small cubes; blending the cut fruits with milk and calamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) juice using a blender; cooking the blended mixture for 20 minutes; molding the cooked mixture into desired pre-determined shape and size; wrapping the molded candy using glassine paper; packing the candy in a box, then label.
