Abstract

Disclosed is a method of preparing peanut (Arachis hypogaea) candy, comprising the steps of: extracting the peanut (Arachis hypogaea) kernel from the shell; pounding the peanut kernel; blending the pounded peanut seeds with milk and calamansi Citrofortunella microcarpa) juice using a blender; cooking the blended mixture for 20 minutes; molding the cooked mixture into candy in to desired size and shape; wrapping the candy using glassine paper; packing the candy in a box, then label.
