The device does not include a mechanism for positively drying the second waste.

Description

The separating unit 20 carries out wind separating or sieving. The food waste ps is allowed to fall through openings of the sieve. ~
Herein, the separated food waste is referred to as first waste, and organic mixed oe waste other than the food waste is referred to as the second waste. =
The drying unit 30 includes a main part for storing the first waste, a boiler for heating air, and an air blower for blowing the air heated by the boiler to the main part. -
The drying unit 30 is only for drying the first waste. ©
The first pelletizing unit 40 includes a die, and a pressing part for pressing the I first waste against the die. In addition, a motor for agitating the first waste, and a motor for delivering the first waste from an upstream to a downstream are separately provided.
Further, a cutter is provided immediately downstream of the die.
The crushing unit 50 includes a rotary blade, and is used for crushing the separated second waste more finely than the broken bag in the bag breaking unit 10.
The second pelletizing unit 60 includes, as shown in Fig. 2, a die 61 and a pressing part, and is used for pelletizing the second waste by applying pressure to the second waste and passing the second waste through holes 62 of the die 61.
Herein, as shown in Fig. 3, the bore diameters of the holes 62 of the die 61 reduces gradually from 20 mm, 18 mm, 16 mm in an order from the upstream to the downstream.
The upstream refers to a side facing to the crushing unit 50. Although the die 61 is stood upright in Fig. 2, the die 61 may be provided horizontally, of course. The upstream in a case where the die 61 is provided horizontally refers to an upper side.
Further, a cutter is provided immediately downstream of the die 61.
Lr
Hereinafter, a method for producing recycle fuel in which the device 1 for - producing recycle fuel configured as described above is used will be described with : reference to Fig. 4. -
In the method for producing recycle fuel, a line is divided into two from the i middle, and two types of recycle fuel are produced. -
The method for producing recycle fuel according to the embodiment includes a h. bag breaking step 100, a separating step 200, a drying step 300, a first pelletizing step < 400, a crushing step 500, and a second pelletizing step 600. .
First, in the bag breaking step 100, a waste bag containing the charged organic mixed waste is broken.
For example, the organic mixed waste is broken (roughly crushed) to a degree that a food waste remaining in a lunch container falls down and is able to be separated in the separating step 200 next.
Next, in the separating step 200, the organic mixed waste is separated into the first waste that is the food waste, and the second waste that is a mixture of the organic mixed waste other than the food waste.
For example, the degree that some food wastes may be left in the lunch container after the separating is called being separated herein.
Herein, the separated second waste has a water content of about 20% to 40% in general.
Next, in the drying step 300, the first waste (the food waste) separated in the previous step is dried through warm air.
The first waste is dried to a water content of being able to be reliably pelletized in the following first pelletizing step 400. If the first waste is excessively dried, the
> first waste is not solidified. o
Next, in the first pelletizing step 400, the first waste dried in the previous step o is pressed and passes through the die 61, and the first waste via the die 61 is cut into a - predetermined length by the cutter, and thereby pellets are formed. —-
The obtained product is referred to as a first pellet herein. -
After the separating step 200, there may be the crushing step 500 as a separate = line from the drying step 300. In the crushing step 500, the second waste separated in = the previous step is crushed into several millimeters by the rotary blade. >
Next, in the second pelletizing step 600, the second waste crushed in the previous step is pressed to gradually reduce the diameter thereof, and the pressed second waste is cut into the predetermined length by the cutter. By this cutting, solid fuel, i.e., a second pellet is formed.
Herein, the second waste is pelletized without positively drying through a series of steps,
Namely, while drying is performed in producing the first pellet, no drying is performed in producing the second pellet.
In addition, the second waste is not positively heated in the second pelletizing step 600. Although a temperature of the second waste will rises in the previous steps due to shearing heat or friction between the holes 62 of the die 61 and the second waste passing through the holes 62, these are not included in the above heating.
Further, no binder is charged in the second pelletizing step 600.
According to the device 1 for producing recycle fuel configured as described above and the method for producing recycle fuel as described above, less fuel is required for drying since a mechanism or a step for positively drying the second waste
LI is not included. =
Namely, in a case where the organic mixed waste before separating is dried as in the prior art, both the first waste and the second waste are dried. On the other hand, - in this embodiment, only the first waste is dried, and thus less fuel is required for drying. ps
Thus, a production cost of the recycle fuel caused by the second waste is reduced. -
In addition, the second waste is easily handled as recycle fuel since the second = pelletizing unit 60 includes the die 61 into which the second waste is pressed and the = holes 62 have bore diameters gradually reduced from one end to which the second waste oe is pressed to the other end thereof.
Namely, if the second waste cannot be pelletized (i.e., solidified), the second waste is difficult to be handled, and it cannot be said that the second waste is regenerated as fuel. In the production device according to this embodiment, the second waste can be produced into pellets which are easy to handle even not being dried, thereby having a significance as the fuel.
In particular, when the bore diameters of the holes 62 of the die 60 are reduced in three stages, the second waste can be pelletized reliably even if the second waste is not dried.
Namely, the production cost is lowered since the cost for drying the second waste is not required, and the second waste can be pelletized reliably and is easily handled.
Although the bore diameters of the holes 62 of the die 61 of the second pelletizing unit 60 are gradually reduced in three stages in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, two stages or four stages or more may be adopted.
In addition, the bore diameters of the holes 62 of the die 61 are not limited to a the specific example according to the present embodiment. =
Further, each unit such as the separating unit 20 may be integrated in a large - machine, or may be an independent machine. Even if each unit is independent, it will foi be referred to herein as the device 1 for producing recycle fuel collectively. -
In the series of steps, substances charged in addition to the organic mixed waste = is only fat and oil adsorbents such as sawdust and wood scraps. The fat and oil z absorbents are not necessarily charged into the device every time, but only when it is os necessary.
In addition, since a metal may be mixed with the organic mixed waste, a step of separating the metal may be added before the first pelletizing step 400 or the second pelletizing step 600.
Further, the second waste has more heat per unit than that of the first waste.
Therefore, in order to adjust the calorific value per unit of the obtained recycle fuel, a step of adjusting the calorific values of the first pellet and the second pellet may be added. The adjusting may be performed by adding a part of the second waste into the first waste before the first pelletizing step 400 or the second pelletizing step 600.
DEVICE FOR PRODUCING RECYCLE FUEL AND METHOD FOR =
PRODUCING RECYCLE FUEL -
Technical Field -
The present invention relates to a device for producing recycle fuel made from i organic mixed waste including a waste plastics, paper waste, a food waste or the like - and a method for producing the recycle fuel. } oo -
Background Art -
Conventionally, organic mixed waste (general waste from business activities) including a waste plastic, paper waste, a food waste or the like is mainly incinerated.
Then, heat generated by the incineration is used to, for example, warm up water in an adjacent heated pool adjacent to a waste incineration plant, or used as a heat source for a boiler or the like in the waste incineration plant.
However, an amount of heat that can be reused effectively at the waste incineration plant and a vicinity thereof is limited, and exhausted heat is not little.
Thus, there are disclosed methods in which organic mixed waste is not incinerated in a waste incineration plant, but is regenerated as recycle fuel (see, for example, Japanese Patent No. 5537614 and Japanese Patent No. 5698711).
According to these methods, the organic mixed waste is pelletized as the recycled fuel and the recycle fuel can be transported to a necessary place and burnt when necessary. Therefore, most of the calorific value of the organic mixed waste is not exhausted.
Further, the waste is turned into a precious resource by these methods, and the organic mixed waste which is conventionally incinerated at extra cost can even be sold wr as recycle fuel. o
