Una composicion acuosa de acido modificado que comprende: acido sulfurico; un compuesto que comprende una fraccion de amina y una fraccion de acido sulfonico; y un peroxido; en donde el acido sulfurico, dicho compuesto que comprende una fraccion de amina y una fraccion de acido sulfonico y dicho peroxido estan presentes en una relacion molar no menor que 1:1:1. Tambien se describen metodos de uso de tales composiciones.
