Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un proceso para recolectar huevos de peces, en particular huevos de peces de salmon (Salmo salar). El proceso comprende criar salmon sexualmente inmaduro en un entorno acuatico, en fases durante las cuales se ajusta por lo menos la exposicion a luz y el lapso de tiempo de cada fase de ciclo vital; la crianza incluye por lo menos un periodo invierno-verano que comprende una fase de ciclo vital invernal, dentro de la cual la poblacion de reproductores se expone a luz que simula una exposicion a luz invernal y una fase de ciclo vital veraniego subsecuente, dentro de la cual la poblacion de reproductores se expone a luz que simula una exposicion a luz veraniega; en donde la Unidad Termica Acumulada (ATU) total, durante el periodo invierno-verano no es de mas de 5000. La invencion tambien se refiere a huevos de Salmo salar que se producen por el proceso dado a conocer.
