Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo para la preparacion de un compuesto de formula quimica 2, donde P1 es es un grupo carbonilo, acilo, sulfonilo, acetilo o bencilo como un grupo protector de amina y P2 es un grupo protector de acido carboxilico. Dicho compuesto es un intermedio usado para sintetizar agentes antidiabeticos que inhiben la enzima dipeptidil peptidasa IV, que 1) puede producirlo con alta pureza a traves 5 de una ciclacion y desciclacion de oxazolidinona que la convierte en una amida, 2) puede aumentar el rendimiento y aumentar la productividad a traves de la estabilizacion del procedimiento de preparacion, y 3) puede lograr un efecto de mejora tal como la reduccion del coste de materias primas, etc. usando un material de partida de una muestra economica.
