Abstract
Se revela un metodo, aparato y un sistema para procesar una fuente de desechos compuestos, como desechos electronicos. La fuente de desechos compuestos puede comprender constituyentes de bajo, moderado y alto punto de fusion, como plasticos, metales y ceramica. La fuente de desechos compuestos es calentada a una primera zona de temperatura, haciendo que al menos algunos de los constituyentes de bajo punto de fusion se transformen al menos parcialmente termicamente. La fuente de desechos compuestos es calentada posteriormente en una segunda zona de mayor temperatura, haciendo que al menos algunos de los constituyentes de moderado punto de fusion se transformen al menos parcialmente termicamente. Al menos algunos de los constituyentes transformados termicamente al menos parcialmente pueden recuperarse. El metodo, aparato y sistema revelado pueden proporcionar la recuperacion y reutilizacion de materiales que, de lo contrario, se enviarian a un vertedero o se incinerarian.
