Abstract

Molde para la fabricacion de piezas plasticas obtenidas mediante la inyeccion de material termoplastico del tipo "hot melts" o poliamidas, siendo el molde de silicona vulcanizada flexible, caucho u otros elastomeros, estando el molde formado por dos partes que enfrentadas y fijadas generan una serie de habitaculos y canales que permiten la introduccion del material termoplastico fundido y el llenado de las cavidades con la forma de la pieza que se desea, y a su vez permiten generar vacio eliminando el aire interior del molde tambien por una serie de conductos y canales; y procedimiento o metodologia para la obtencion de dichas piezas plasticas por medio de dicho molde; permitiendo el reproducir series cortas y medias de articulos elaborados con materiales plasticos; y que en el que se puede adicionar al proceso un sistema de control y un molde que incorpora un medio para ser identificado
