Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método e um aparelho para a moldagem com sobreposição de um item oco frágil com um material plástico. o processo compreende fornecer o item oco frágil retrátil sob uma pressão de cerca de 25 mpa e superior, e ao menos parcialmente moldar com sobreposição o item oco frágil com o material termoplástico ao mesmo tempo que se mantém uma pressão de fusão substancialmente constante menor que cerca de 25 mpa. um aparelho para o dito processo compreende ao menos duas partes de molde que formam entre si uma cavidade de molde para receber o item oco frágil, um dispositivo de injeção para injetar o material termoplástico na cavidade de molde e sobre o item oco, e um mecanismo de controle de pressão para monitorar uma pressão de fusão do material termoplástico e ajustar uma pressão de injeção de acordo com um algoritmo controlado por pressão com base na pressão de fusão, sendo que o mecanismo de controle de pressão compreende ao menos um sensor de pressão de alta frequência situado a montante da extremidade frontal da cavidade de molde.
