Abstract
Referido a un anticuerpo aislado, o fragmento de union a antigeno del mismo, que se une de manera especifica a un epitope en el Dominio Kunitz 2 (K2) del Inhibidor de Via del Factor Tisular (TFPI), e inhiben una actividad del mismo. Tambien se refiere a un metodo para reducir el tiempo de sangrado, que comprende administrar a un sujeto que necesita de la misma, una cantidad terapeuticamente efectiva. Estos son utiles para tratar trastornos hemorragicos y reducir el tiempo de coagulacion, tal es el caso de la hemofilia A, Hemofilia B, Trastorno plaquetario, entre otros.
