Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a compuestos de Formula I donde A11, A12, A13 y A14 son N o CR11, CR12, CR13, CR14, respectivamente; R1 es alquilo C1-C6, cicloalquilo C3-C6, entre otros; R2 y R3 son H, F, entre otros; R4 es H o alquilo C1-C6; R5 es H, hidroxietilo, entre otros; R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13 y R14 son H, halogeno, entre otros; R15 y R16 son H, alquilo C1-C6, entre otros. Son compuestos preferidos: N-(4-(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-hidroxipropan-2-il)fenil)-2-(4-(metilsulfonil)fenil)acetamida; 2-(4-(etilsulfonil)fenil)-N-(4-(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-hidroxipropan-2-il)fenil)acetamida; entre otros. Tambien se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica. Dichos compuestos son inhibidores de ROR gamma y son utiles en el tratamiento de enfermedades autoinmunes y enfermedades inflamatorias
