Abstract
Referido a un molino que comprende: una prensa de rodillos para el desmenuzamiento de material fragil a triturar, que comprende dos rodillos de trituracion de marcha opuesta, un clasificador estatico con una entrada de material a clasificar para material fresco, una base de aireacion dispuesta en un angulo con respecto a la horizontal, atravesada por una corriente de gas de clasificacion, una primera y una segunda salidas de material grueso y una salida de material fino, y una unidad de transporte, que esta en conexion con la prensa de rodillos y con la entrada de material a clasificar del clasificador, con el fin de elevar el material fresco a triturar y/o material triturado en la prensa de rodillos, en el que la prensa de rodillos, la unidad de transporte y el clasificador estan dispuestos estructuralmente unos junto a los otros y unos detras de los otros en una linea recta en la direccion de flujo del material, la entrada de material de clasificacion esta dispuesta en el lado del clasificador que esta dirigido hacia la unidad de transporte, el clasificador presenta una entrada de gas de clasificacion, que esta conectada al clasificador en una region alejada de la unidad de transporte
