Abstract

El molino de acuerdo con la invención comprende sustancialmente las siguientes partes: una prensa de rodillos para el desmenuzamiento de material frágil a triturar, que comprende dos rodillos de trituración de marcha opuesta, un clasificador estático con una entrada de material a clasificar para material fresco y/o material a triturar desmenuzado en la prensa de rodillos, una base de aireación dispuesta en un ángulo con respecto a la horizontal, atravesada por una corriente de gas de clasificación, una primera y una segunda salidas de material grosero y una salida de material fino, y una unidad de transporte, que está en conexión con la prensa de rodillos y con la entrada de material a clasificar del clasificador, con el fin de elevar el material fresco a triturar y/o material triturado en la prensa de rodillos, en el que la prensa de rodillos, la unidad de transporte y el clasificador están dispuestos estructuralmente unos junto a los otros y unos detrás de los otros en una línea recta en la dirección de flujo del material, la entrada de material de clasificación está dispuesta en el lado del clasificador que está dirigido hacia la unidad de transporte, el clasificador presenta una entrada de gas de clasificación, que está conectada al clasificador en una región alejada de la unidad de transporte, el clasificador presenta dos cámaras de clasificación, dispuestas una por encima de la otra, en el que la entrada de material de clasificación desemboca en la cámara de clasificación superior y la entrada de gas de clasificación está conectada a la cámara de clasificación inferior, y en el que la primera salida de material grosero está conectada a la cámara de clasificación superior y la cámara de clasificación inferior está provista con una segunda salida de material grosero.
