Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo para controlar la atmosfera en un espacio que se puede cerrar llenado con productos agricolas u horticolas. El metodo comprende detectar directamente la respiracion de los productos agricolas u horticolas y ajustar un contenido de oxigeno, un contenido de dioxido de carbono y/o un contenido de nitrogeno en el espacio sometido a la respiracion detectada. La respiracion es detectada aqui periodicamente, en cada caso para un tiempo determinado, y el espacio es sellado contra influencias externas durante la deteccion de la respiracion. Un muy buen control es logrado al tomar la respiracion actual como punto de partida, y una deteccion altamente confiable forma la base de este control cuando la deteccion es realizada periodicamente por algun tiempo en una atmosfera completamente aislada. La invencion tambien se refiere a una instalacion para realizar el metodo, y a un espacio que se puede cerrar proporcionado con tal instalacion
