Abstract

SE REFIERE A UN METODO DE OBTENCION Y PRODUCCION DE UNA CIANOBACTERIA PRODUCTORA DE FICOTOXINAS PARALIZANTES DEL GENERO CYLINDROSPERMOPSIS RACIBORSKII, ANABAENA CIRCINALIS, ENTRE OTROS, EL CUAL COMPRENDE: A) INOCULAR ENTRE 20 Y 40 MILLONES DE FILAMENTOS DE CIANOBACTERIA POR CADA 3L DE MEDIO DE CULTIVO MLA QUE CONTIENE MgSO4 7H2O, NaNO3, K2HPO4, H3BO3, H2SeO4, BIOTINA, VITAMINA B12, TIAMINA HCl, CuSO4.5H2O, ZnSO4.7H2O, CoCl2.6H2O, NaMoO4.2H2O, Na2EDTA, FeCl3.6H2O, NaHCO3, MnCl2.H2O COMPLEMENTADO CON 2,8mM DE ARGININA, 1,7mM DE METIONINA Y 1,0mM DE ACIDO ALANTOICO; B) CULTIVAR LA CIANOBACTERIA EN EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 15 Y 35ºC CON LUZ NATURAL O ARTIFICIAL; C) RECOLECTAR UN VOLUMEN DE MEDIO DE CULTIVO ENTRE 20 A 40% DEL VOLUMEN TOTAL CADA 1 A 3 DIAS Y REPONER EL VOLUMEN RETIRADO CON MEDIO DE CULTIVO FRESCO; D) MANTENER EL CULTIVO EN MODO CONTINUO; E) CENTRIFUGAR EL MEDIO CON LAS CIANOBACTERIAS RECOLECTADO EN (C) ENTRE 5.000 A 15.000 X G ENTRE 5 Y 30 MINUTOS. DICHO METODO SE CARACTERIZA POR SU EFICIENCIA, ALTO RENDIMIENTO, SIMPLEZA Y ALTA RENTABILIDAD
