Abstract

Termoelektrisk føler (12) som er utformet med en membran (14) og omfatter en rekke termoelektriske elementer (18) med sine respektive elementærceller (20) i form av lederpar, og hvor hvert ele-ment er termisk isolert fra de øvrige elementer på membranen ved at det er lagt metalltråder (22, 23), fortrinnsvis av gull på membranens (14) overside (25). Særlig er metalltrådene lagt på et øvre passiveringslag (30) på membranen. Metalltrådene (22, 23) er i termisk forbindelse med det substrat (16) som tjener som underlag for membranen (14), og de to tråder (22, 23) er skilt fra hverandre slik at det dannes langsgående mellomområder (28) mellom dem. Mellomom-rådet har liten termisk ledningsevne.
