Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer (1) diffusjonsbindings-frem- gangsmåter for skjøting av metallmaterialer så som karbonstålmaterialer eller rustfrie stålmaterialer, innføring av et bindingsmateriale, så som Ni-basert lege- ring med tykkelse 10-80 pm med et smeltepunkt på 1150°C eller lavere, mellom basismaterialene, oppvarming slik at lengden som oppvarmes til 800°C eller høy- ere, måler fra 3 til 20 mm; ved skjøting av rustfrie stålmaterialer oppvarmes videre et kompoundert lag til mellom de to smeltepunkter, og det påføres en trykkspen- ning, for eksempel 0,5-2 kgf/mm2, slik at det fås et sideutvidelsesforhold på 1,0- 1,1; samt (2) en skjøtet struktur hvor den kompounderte skjøt er dannet ved hjelp av fremgangsmåtene.
