Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for styring av innslusingen av styklgodsdeler (PS) som i løpet av kortest mulig tid skal utleveres via en utleveringstransportør (AOF) til frie plasser på en mottakstransportør (ANF). Motlakstransportøren (ANF) løper med konstant hastighet VAf,;p og inneslutter med utleveringstransportoren (AOF), som har minst et bufferbånd (PB), et sidestillingsbånd (AB; ABl, AB2) og et innslusingsbånd (EB), en vinkel a. Ved hjelp av de følgende, ved hjelp av en styreenhet (STI, ST2) målbare og/elier innstillbare størrelser: den momentane stykkgodshastighet Vug ved tidspunkt t2, hastigheten Vgs ved hvilken stykkgodsdelen (FS) etter avslutning av akselerasjonsprosessen utleveres til innslusingsbåndel (EB), en målte stykkgodslengde Tps lengden I^b for sidestillingsbåndet (AB; ABl, AB2), i hven fall tilnærmet lengden av strekningen (bAB * tan a) som stykkgodsdelen (FS) etter lengdemålingen ved tidspunktet t2 allerede har tilbakelagt på sidestillingsbåndet (AB; ABl, AB2), samt posisjonen for den neste frie plass på mottakstransportøren (ANF), blir det fastslått i løpet av hvilken tid t'sYN stykkgodsdelen (FS) med akselerasjon a må akselereres og forsinkes henholdsvis forsinkes og akselereres for at den ved overføringen til innslusingsbåndet (EB) skal være synkronisert med den neste frie plass på mottakstransportøren (ANF). Fremgangsmåten og innretningen tillater reduksjon av forstyrrende dødtider ved innslusingen av stykkgodsdeler med lik eller forskjellig størrelse. Videre blir det frembrakt en tilmålt akselerasjon av innslusingsprosessen, avhengig av posisjonen for de vippeskåler som skal fylles og størrelsen av stykkgodsdelene, som gjor at stykkgodsdeler ennå kan synkroniseres med frie vippeskåler med hensyn iii overforiiigsiiuspunkiet, hviike skåler etter de kjente metoder ikke mer kunne nås og ville ubenyttet videreføres av mottakstransportøren.
