Abstract
Et stålmateriale og et stålrør som hver utviser en utmerket korrosjonsmot- stand i et miljø som inneholder våt karbondioksid og en liten mengde hydrogen- sulfid, produseres vetj lave kostnader og med høy produktivitet. En stålplate som inneholder, i vekt%, 0,01 til 0,6% Si, 0,02 til 1,8% Mn, 7,5 til 14,0% Cr, 1,5 til 4,0% Cu og 0,005 til 0,1% Al, hvilket reduserer C til ikke mer enn 0,02%, N til ikke mer enn 0,02%, P til ikke mer enn 0,025% og S til ikke mer enn 0,01%, og hvor resten består av Fe og uunngåelige forurensninger, blir oppvarmet til en temperatur på 1100 til 1300°C, varmevalsing blir fullført med en valse-slutt-temperatur på ikke mindre enn 800°G og en kumulativ mengde av valsereduksjon ved en temperatur på ikke mer enn 1050°G på minst 65%, og kjøling blir utført med en kjøiingsrate på mindre enn 0,02°C pr. sekund til minst 500°C for i det vesentlige å omforme metallstrukturen til ferritt.
