Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide high tensile galvanized steel plate with excellent drawing property and shape-holding property by a method wherein steel consisting of composition such as C, Si, etc., after hot- and cold-rolling, is subject to box-annealing at a specified temperature, and after cooling, is galvanized, including process of heating at 600 deg.C or more. CONSTITUTION:The steel used consists of C: 0.2% or less, Si: 0.6% or less, Mn: 0.8-2.5%, P: 0.1% or less, sol Al: 0.01-0.2%, N: 0.0015-0.015%, and the remaining Fe. The steel, after hot- and cold-rolling, is subject to galvanization or alloying galvanization in a continuous galvanization line including heating at 600 deg.C or more. The process thus economically provides high-tensile galvanized steel plate having r value (Lankford value) of 1.2 or more, and good drawing and shape-holding property.
