Abstract
Nye derivater av 3-hydroksyantranilsyre, 3-HANA, som har den generelle formel (I) COOH hvor Ri og R2 er like eller forskjellige og valgt fra H og alkyl; X er valgt fra alkyltio, aryltio, aryloksy, halogen og cyano; R3, R4 er like eller forskjellige og valgt fra halogen, metyl, fluoralkyl, cyano og Z-R5 hvor Z er valgt fra CHn, NHm, O, S. SC>2 og CO hvor n = l eller 2; m = O eller l og R5 er valgt fra alkyl. aryl og fluoralkyl; eller R3 og R4 danner sammen et mettet eller umettet ringsystem Y-V-Z hvor Y og Z, uavhengig av hverandre er som definert for Z ovenfor og V er valgt fra Ci-C3 alkylen eller alkenylen, -N = , -N=N- og -N-R7 hvor Ry = H eller alkyl; eller et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt derav, fremgangsmåter og mellom- produkter for deres fremstilling, nye farmasøytiske preparater og anvendelse derav for inhibering av enzymet 3-hydroksyantranilatoksygenase, 3-HAO, som er ansvarlig for produksjonen av det endogene neurotoksinet kinolinsyre, QUIN.
