Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremtilling av isolerende materialer med miljømessige sikre bindekomponenter, hvor langkje-det stivelse blir benyttet som bindemiddel ved siden av silikon. Stivelsen blir oppvarmet til 50 til 60"C, holdt ved denne temperaturen og sprøytet på glassfibrene adskilt fra silikonet; 6 til 8* bindemiddel omfattende stivelse og silikon blir benyttet når en spunnet glassmatte eller plate skal bli formet og tørket ved omkring 180C. En spunnet glassmatte (16), isolasjonsmatte eller plate eller adsorberingslegeme blir således oppnådd, hvilket er overraskende vannsik-kert og holdt sammen kun av stivelse, harpiks og silikon, som kan bli benyttet uten noen problemer og har en uniform massedensitet gjennom det hele. I anlegget (1) fremskaffet for formålet, blir det plassert tilførselsringer for vann (9), for stivelse (10) og for silikon (11). Dysene (13, 14) i tilførsels-ringen (11) har en større åpning og avrivingskanter. Forblandingsbeholderen (17) og tilførselsrøret (15) er oppvarmbare eller varmeisolerte. I en ytterligere utførelsesform blir en emulsjon formet fra silikon-harpiks, silikonolje, et støvbindemiddel og stivelse, og dette blir forstøvet ved 18 til 200"C og sprøytet på de forbiførte glassfibrene.
