Abstract
7000-legeringer med høy mekanisk motstandsevne, oppnådd ved konvensjonell metallurgi.Legeringene ifølge oppfinnelsen som i vekt-5É inneholder 7 til 13,5 * Zn, fra 1 til 3,8 Mg, fra 0,6 til 2,7 Cu, fra 0 til 0,5 Mn, fra 0 til 0,4 Cr og fra 0 til 0,2 Zr, andre opp til 0,05 hver og tilsammen 0,15 og med resten Al, oppnås ved konvensjonell metallurgi, og har i den behandlede temper en spesifikk energi som, forbundet med DEA-smeltesignalet, er lavere enn 3 j/g, og fortrinnsvis lavere enn 2 j/g, i absolutt verdi.Strekk-grensen overskrider 750 MPa og sågar 780 MPa.Legeringen fremstilles enten ved støping av en formgitt del, oppløsningsvarmebehandling, quenching og kunstig aldring, eller støping av et råemne, homogenisering, varm- og eventuelt koldtransformering av denne, oppløsningsvarmebehandling, quenching og eventuelt kontrollert koldforming og avsluttende kunstig aldring.Ifølge oppfinnelsen gjennomføres homogeniseringen ved en temperatur som er så høy som mulig under samtidig unngåelse av insipient smelting av legeringen og i et tidsrom som er slik at den spesifikke energi forbundet med DEA-smeltesignalet er lavere enn 3 j/g og fortrinnsvis lavere enn 2 J/g i absolutt verdi.
