Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態にかかるサスペンションの構成を模式的に示す斜視図である。図1に示すサスペンション1は、当該サスペンション1の骨格をなし、タイヤ101が取り付けられる二つのディスクロータ10を回転自在に支持するアーム部2と、二つのディスクロータ10が対向する方向と略垂直な方向に伸縮自在なコイルばね3(弾性部材)と、コイルばね3の伸縮動作にかかる力(振動)を減衰するショックアブソーバー4と、を備える。ディスクロータ10には、当該ディスクロータ10を挟んで回転方向と直交する方向の荷重を加えることでディスクロータ10の回転速度を減速可能なキャリパー11が設けられている。サスペンション1は、車体100に取り付けられ、路面の凹凸に応じてタイヤ101から伝達される振動を吸収する。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態の変形例にかかるサスペンションの要部の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図5は、本変形例にかかるコイルばね3aの断面図であって、図2のA−A線に応じた断面図である。上述した実施の形態では、第1合金部31の外周側に、耐応力腐食割れ性に優れたアルミニウム合金からなる合金部(第2合金部32)を一層設けるものとして説明したが、第2合金部は、二以上の複数の層からなるものであってもよい。本変形例では、耐応力腐食割れ性に優れたアルミニウム合金からなる第2合金部が二層であるものを例に説明する。

Claims (7)
- 長手方向と直交する断面が略円をなす線材を用いて形成され、所定の方向に伸縮自在な弾性部材であって、
常温における引張り強さが950MPaより大きく1100MPa以下であるアルミニウム合金からなる第1合金部と、
前記第1合金部を被覆し、径方向の厚さが、前記第1合金部の径よりも小さく、常温における引張り強さが100MPa以上650MPa以下であるアルミニウム合金からなる第2合金部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする弾性部材。 - 前記第2合金部は、異なる組成を有するアルミニウム合金を複数積層してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性部材。
- 前記第2合金部は、径方向で最も外側の層の引張り強さが最も小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弾性部材。
- 前記第2合金部は、径方向で最も外側の層の厚さが最も薄いことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の弾性部材。
- 前記第1合金部の径に対する前記第2合金部の前記厚さの比が、0.01以上0.2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の弾性部材。
- 長手方向と直交する断面が略円をなす弾性部材用線材であって、
常温における引張り強さが950MPaより大きく1100MPa以下であるアルミニウム合金からなる芯部と、
前記芯部を被覆し、径方向の厚さが、前記芯部の径よりも小さく、常温における引張り強さが100MPa以上650MPa以下であるアルミニウム合金からなる外周部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする弾性部材用線材。 - 前記芯部の径に対する前記外周部の前記厚さの比が、0.01以上0.2以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の弾性部材用線材。
