Abstract

Hematologlsk kontrollprodukt omfatter leukocyttanaloger og en vandig oppløsning av en plasmasubstans for anvendelse i et blodtelleinstrument. Instrumentet benytter et lyserende reagenssystem for de lyserbare røde blodcellene i kontrollprodukt. Plasmasubstansen er en mengde som er effektiv l å muliggjøre differensie- ring av hver av nevnte leukocyttanaloger relativt til fysiologiske attributter av analogene, nevnte fysikal- ske attributter av analogene tilsvarer humane leukocyt- ter.
