Det er tilveiebrakt en ifetroban-blanding som har gode opplcsningsegenskaper selv ved eldning, og som ved disperge- ring i vann har en pH på minst 7 og innbefatter et salt av ifetroban, ett eller flere basifiseringsmidler, så som magne- siumoksyd eller kalsiumkarbonat, og som i tablettform innbe- fatter ett eller flere fyllstoffer så som mannitol og/eller mikrokrystallinsk cellulose, ett eller flere nedbrytningsraid- ler så som crospovidon, ett eller flere smeremidler så som magnesiumstearat, eventuelt ett eller flere glidemidler så som kolloidalt silisiumdioksyd, ett eller flere bindemidler så som for-gelatinert stivelse (tørr-bindemiddel) eller polyvinyl- pyrrolidon (våt-bindemiddel) og eventuelt et filmbelegg inne- holdende et filmdannende middel så som hydroksypropylcellu- lose, og et plastifiseringsmiddel så som l,2,3-propantriol- triacetat.
