Abstract

Ved en fremgangsmåte for elektrisk måling av syrers konsentrasjon anordnes en måleelektrode (11) SOM l det minste overveiende består av krystallinsk grafitt,i en syre (12) med anioner som danner grafittinterkalasjonsforbindelser med grafitt. Måleelektroden (11) blir så interkalert idet det i måleelektroden (11) ved variabelt positivt potensiale blir fremstilt en stram med en slik styrke at syrens (12) anioner kan danne grafittinterkalasjonsforbindelser med grafitten. Strømmen bibeholdes inntil interkalasjonsforbindelsene er dannet på overflaten. Deretter måles måleelektro- dens (11) potensiale som anvendes som mål for syrekonsentrasjonen. Så deinter- kaleres måleelektroden (11) igjen.
