Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører forbindelser med den generelle formel
hvor R, betyr hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl, R 2 hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer, alkenyl med 2-6 karbonatomer, alkinyl med 2-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl eller og R^. danner sammen med karbonatomet de er knyttet til en cykloheksanring som eventuelt kan være substituert med mono-, di- eller tri-alkylgrupper med 1-3 karbonatomer, R^ hydrogen, fluor, klor, brom trifluormetyl eller nitro og R^og R,, hydrogen eller klor under den forutsetning at R-^og R2ikke samtidig betyr hydrogen.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører videre en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av forbindelser med formelen I, pre-emergency og post-emergency-herbicidmidler, fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av slike midler og til anvendelse av dem, samt anvendelse av slike herbicide midler i og for seg.

I en utførelsesform for fremstilling av substituerte fenoksy-alkankarbonsyreoksimestere med den generelle formel I omsettes et reaktivt derivat av en syre med formel II med et oksim med formel III.
Uttrykket "reaktivt derivat av syre" betyr et syrehalogenid eller et syreanhydrid.
For fremstilling av substituerte fenoksyalkankarbonsyreoksim-estere med den generelle formel I utføres forestringen av syren med den generelle formel II med oksimet med den generelle formel III fortrinnsvis i et egnet inert løsningsmiddel, særlig
foretrukket ved romtemperatur eller høyere temperaturer. Et foretrukket temperaturområde er -10 - +100°C, spesielt foretrukket er +20 til +70°C. Ved anvendelse av et syrehalogenid som reaktivt derivat av syren utføres omestringen med oksimet ved romtemperatur og i nærvær av en syreakseptor, f.eks. et tertiært amin som pyridin eller trietylamin eller i alkalisk løsning etter Schotten-Baumann. Man får den tilsvarende est-er i høyt utbytte. Syrekloridene er foretrukket som syre-halogenider. Omsetningen utføres fortrinnsvis i nærvær av et inert løsningsmiddel som benzen, toluen, petroleter eller etter Schotten-Baumann i alkalisk løsning. Ved anvendelse av anhydridet av syren med den generelle formel II kan den tilsvarende alkankarbonsyreester med den generelle formel I fremstilles i høyt utbytte ved oppvarming av anhydridet med oksimet
med den generelle formel III i nærvær av en base, fortrinnsvis et alkalimetallkarbonat. Særlig foretrukket er natriumkarbon-at.
I en ytterligere utførelsesform for fremstilling av forbindelser med formel I omsettes en forbindelse med formel IV med et alkalimetallsalt av en forbindelse med formel I på i og for seg kjent måte. Omsetningen skjer fortrinnsvis i et inert organisk løsningsmiddel som hydrokarboner f.eks. benzen eller
toluen, etere, f.eks. dietyleter, tetrahydrofuran, dimetoksy-etan eller heksametylfosforsyretriamid ol. Temperatur og trykk
er ikke kritisk og man arbeider fortrinnsvis ved en temperatur! mellom -20° og reaksjonsblandingens tilbakeløpstemperatur, fortrinnsvis mellom -10° og 30°C.
I en videre utførelsesform for fremstilling av forbindelsen med formel I omsettes en syre med formel II med et oksim med formel III i nærvær av dicykloheksylkarbodiimid. For dette formål oppløses syren med formel II i et inert organisk løsningsmiddel som , klorerte hydrokarboner, eksempelvis diklormetan, kloroform, karbontetraklorid eller trikloretan, etere som eksempelvis dietyleter, diisopropyleter eller dioksan, aromatiske hydrokarboner som eksempelvis benzen, toluen eller xylen osv. og deretter oppslemmes oksimet med formel III i denne blandingen. Dicyklo-heksylkarbodiimidet oppløses.likeledes i allerede anvendt
.løsningsmiddel og settes, til reaksjonsblandingen. Omsetning-
en skjer i temperaturområdet mellom 0° og reaksjonsblandingens koketemperatur, fortrinnsvis mellom romtemperatur•og 50°C.
Etter ca. 2 timer er omsetningen slutt, reaksjonsblandingen filtreres og inndampes deretter. Resten omkrystalliseres likeledes for rensning eller kromatograferes.
De substituerte fenoksyalkankarbonsyre-oksimestere med den generelle formel I omfatter også optiske isomere da de har et assymetrisk karbonatom i a-stilling. Ytterligere assymetriske karbonatomer kan inneholde esterkomponentene. Om ønsket kan de racemiske forbindelser skilles under anvendelse av kjente fremgangsmåter i høyre-og venstredreiende forbindelser. Slike fremgangsmåter er f.eks. beskrevet i Industrial and Engineering Chemistry 6_0 (8) 12-28. Isomerene og de racemiske blandinger har alle herbicid virkning, dog er graden av denne aktiviteten forskjellig. Høyest aktivitet har D-isomerene, deretter følg-er den racemiske blanding og så L-isomerene. I sammenheng med slike undersøkelser ble det funnet at eksempelvis i bestemte forsøksanordninger har D-isomeren aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)-fenoksy]-propionyl/oksim en større aktivitet enn den racemiske blandingen.
Isomerene, spesielt D-isomerene - kan også fremstilles ved syntese av tilsvarende optiske aktive utgangsmaterialer.
Som følge av nitrogenkarbon-dobbeltbindingen i
gruppen får man alltid to geometriske isomere (når R, og R_
har forskjellig betydning)-, som kan betegnes som syn- og anti-form. Det lykkes i visse tilfeller å isolere slike isomere. Disse er likeledes gjenstand for oppfinnelsen.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører også herbicide sammensetning-er som inneholder en eller flere forbindelser med formel I som ovenfor definert som aktiv bestanddel. Den herbicide komposisjonen inneholder hensiktsmessig minst ett av de følgende mat-erialer: Bærestoffer,,fuktemidler, inerte fortynningsmidler
og løsningsmidler.
Pre-emergency og-post-emergency-herbicidene ifølge oppfinnelsen egner seg spesielt for bekjem<p>else av ugrass, spesielt Alopecurus myosuroides og hirsetyper som f.eks. Echinochloa crus-galli, Setaria faberii og hårete" hirse Panicum capillare i korn, spesielt bygg, havre og hvete samt bomull, soya-sukkerroer og grønn-sakkulturer. Særlig egner pre- og post-emergency-herbicidene, ifølge oppfinnelsen seg for bekjempelse av ugress i sukkerroe-kulturer. Således har f.eks. aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)-fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim, 2-butanon-0-/2-[p-(p<->klorfenoksy)-■f enoksy] propionyl/-ok'sim eller aceton-0-/2- [p- (p-trif luormetyl-fenoksy)fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim i en konsentrasjon på 1,25 kg/ha tilstrekkelig virkning mot ugress, dog uten å skade suk-kerroekulturene. Generelt er en konsentrasjon på 0,1 - 6 kg/ha, fortrinnsvis 0,6 - 2 kg/ha tilstrekkelig, særlig foretrukket 1 - 1,5 kg/ha for- å oppnå den ønskede herbicide virkning med forbindelsene med formel I.
For det tilfellet at R^ er trifluormetylresten kan forbindelsene bare finne betinget anvendelse i korndyrkning da noe phytotoksisitet inntrer. Disse forbindelsene egner seg dog ! spesielt for bekjempelse av ugress i ris-, bomull-,soya-, sukkerroe-, og grønnsakkulturer.
Forbindelsene med formel I er generelt vannuløselige og kan til-passes bruk ifølge hvilke som helst vanlig metode for uløselige forbindelser.
Om ønsket kan forbindelsene med formel I oppløses i et med vann ikke-blandbart løsningsmiddel som f.eks. et høytkokende hydrokarbon som gjerne inneholder oppløste emulgatorer, slik at det virker som selvemulgerbar olje ved tilsetning til vann.
Forbindelsene med formel I kan også blandes med et fuktemiddel med.eller uten inert fortynningsmiddel for å danne et fuktbart pulver som er løselig eller dispergerbart i vann, eller de kan blandes med det inerte fortynningsmidlet for å danne et fast eller pulverformig produkt.
Inerte fortynningsmiddel som forbindelsen med formel I kan be-handles med, er faste inerte medier omfattende pulverformig eller finfordelte faste stoffer som f.eks. keramisk materiale, sand, talkum, glimmer, gjødningsstoffer ol., hvorunder slike produkter enten kan foreligge som støv eller som materiale med• større partikkelstørrelse.
Fuktemidlene kan være anioniske forbindelser som.f.eks. såper, fettsulfatestere, dodecylnatriumsulfat, oktadecylnatriumsulfat og cetylnatriumsulfat, fettaromatiske sulfonater som alkylben-zensulfonater eller butylnaftalinsulfonater, komplekse fett-sulf ater som ami.dkondensas jonsprodukter av oljesyre og N-metyl-taurin eller natriumsulfonat av dioktylsuccinat.
Fuktemidlene kan også være ikke-ioniske fuktemidler som eksempelvis kondensasjonsprodukter av fettsyrer, fettalkoholer eller fettsubstituerte fenoler med etylenoksyd eller fettsyreestere og -etere av sukkeret eller flerverdige alkoholer eller produktene som kan erholdes fra sistnevnte ved kondensasjon med etylenoksyd, eller produktene som er kjent som blokkopolymere av etylenoksyd og propylenoksyd. Fuktemidlene kan også være kationiske midler som f.eks. cetyltrimetylammoniumbromid ol.
Den herbicide komposisjonen kan også foreligge i form av en aerosolforbindelse hvor formålstjenelig et kosolvent og et fuktemiddel anvendes i tillegg til drivgassen som gjerne er et polyhalogenert alkan som diklordifluormetan.
De herbicide komposisjonene ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse kan i tillegg til forbindelsen med formel I inneholde syner-gister og andre aktive isekticider,baktericider, herbicider og fungicider.
I sine forskjellige bruksområder kan forbindelsen ifølge oppfinnelsen anvendes i forskjellige mengdeforhold.
Ugressbekjempelsesmidlene ifølge oppfinnelsen kan foreligge
i en form som gjør dem egnet for lagring og transport. Slike former kan f.eks. inneholde 2-90% av en eller flere virkestoffer med formel I. Disse formene kan så fortynnes med samme eller forskjellige bærematerialer til konsentrasjoner som egner seg for praktisk_bruk. ' I bruksferdig middel kan så virkéstoff-konsentrasjonene foreligge fra 2-80% (vekt-%). Virkestoff-konsentrasjonen kan dog også være mindre eller større. Avheng-ig av anvendelsesformålet; er en virkestoffkonsentrasjon på 2-8% henholdsvis 50-80% særlig foretrukket.
Verdifulle utgangsmaterialer for fremstilling av helt spesielt foretrukne forbindelser med formel I er optisk aktive forbindelser fra D-serien med den generelle formel
hvor R er hydrogen eller alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer, R<1>^hydrogen, fluor, brom, trifluormetyl eller nitro og R^
og Rj- har den i formel I angitte betydning med det forbe-hold at R betyr alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer når R^' er trip
fluormetyl.
Særlig foretrukne utgangsmaterialer er: D-2-[p-(p-bromfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyre, D-2-[p-(p-fluorfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyre, D-2-[D-(p-bromfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyreetylester, D-2-[p-(p-nitrofenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyre, D-2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyreetylester, D-2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyremetylester.
De foranstående angitte optisk aktive utgangsmaterialer er i tillegg også verdifulle som herbicider, da de har et lignende virkningsspektrum som forbindelsen med formel I. De har den fordel at de dog sammenlignet med det enkelte racemat eksempelvis har en mindre phytotoksisitet på bomull og soyabønner.
De følgede eksempler skal illustrere foreliggende oppfinnelse. Alle temperaturer er angitt i °C.
EKSEMPEL 1
1,1 g av en 50%ig suspensjon av natriumhydrid i mineralolje. vaskes i en inert gassatmosfære to ganger med 5 ml tetrahydrofuran, innføres så i 15,0 ml tetrahydrofuran og blandes dråpe-vis med en løsning av 5,0 g p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenol oppløst i 3 0,0 ml dimetylformamid• Deretter blir 5,2 g 2-brompropionylacetonoksim i 20,0 ml dimetylformamid dryppet inn i blandingen. Reaksjonesblandingen oppvarmes 2 timer under tilbakeløpsbeting-elser, avkjøles så, helles på is og ekstraheres uttømmende med eter. Eterekstraktet vaskes med vann, tørkes over natriumsulfat og inndampes under redusert trykk. Det tilbakeblivende aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionyl/-oksim kan renses ved adsorpsjon på kiselgel, nD 20: 1,5583.

hydroksyd i 30 ml vann. Deretter røres 2 timer videre ved romtemperatur, det hele helles i 150 ml vann og ekstraheres med diklormetan. Ekstraktet vaskes med vann, tørkes over natriumsulfat og inndampes. Det gjenblivende 3-butin-2-on-oksimet kan renses ved adsorpsjon på kiselgel: nD 2 0: 1,424.
EKSEMPEL 2
20 g D-2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenoksy]pro<p>ionsyre røres med 8,7 g
oksalylklorid og 100 ml benzen 3 timer ved 40°C. Så avdestillerer man benzenet i våkum. Det erholdte syreklorid tilsettes 5 g acetonoksim, 5,0 g pyridin og 50 ml tetrahydrofuran og
blandingen omsettes 2 timer under røring ved romtemperatur. Reaksjonsproduktet helles i vann og ekstraheres med eter. Eterkestraktet vaskes med vann, tørkes over natriumsulfat og inndampes under redusert trykk.. Det gjenværende aceton-O-D-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)-fenoksy]propion71/-oksim kan renses ved

EKSEMPEL 4 ' 15 g 2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]propionsyre oppslemmes i 20 ml diklormetan og ved romtemperatur tilsettes 3,5 g acetonoksim. Deretter tildryppes 9,8 g dicykloheksylkarbodiimid oppløst i 10 ml diklormetan over et tidsrom på 10 min. hvorunder temperaturen stiger henimot 4 0°C. Så røres videre 2 timer ved romtemperatur. Reaksjonsblandingen filtreres og inndampes til tørrhet på rotasjonsfordamper. Man får således aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim, n^°: 1,5212.
EKSEMPEL 5
10 g 2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]propionsyre oppvarmes med 10 g tionylklorid og 2 dråper dimetylformamid 2 timer ved tilbakeløp. Så avdestillerer man overskuddet tionylklorid i vannstrålevakum. Deretter får man 2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfen-
oksy ) fenoksy]propionsyreklorid.
10,5 g av det således fremstilte syrekloridet oppløses i 10 ml toluen og blandes med en løsning av 2,4 g acetonoksim i 3,03 g trietylamin og 20 ml toluen. Det røres videre 1 time og etter-vaskes med 2 ganger 50 ml, tilsammen 100 ml vann, tørkes over natriumsulfat og inndampes. Man får- således aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim, nD 20: 1,5260.
EKSEMPEL 6
Fremstilling av utgangsmaterialet:
I det følgende angis to eksempelvise muligheter på fremstilling-en av de optisk aktive utgangsmaterialer: I. Fremstilling av D-2-[p-(trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyreetylestere- og D-2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)-fenoksy]-propionsyreetylestere. 50 g p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenol blandes med 38,4 g L(-)-2-(metylsulfonyloksy)propionsyreetylester' og deretter tilsettes II, 4 g vannfritt soda. Blandingen røres 18 timer ved 110°C, avkjøles så og blandes med 300 ml eter. Den organiske fasen I utvaskes med 2 N NaOH og vann, tørkes over natriumsulfat og inndampes. Man får D-2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyreetylester; [a]^<2>= +19,2° (CHC13; c = 1,05%).
På analog måte får man ved anvendelse av:
p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenol og L(-)-2-(metylsulfonyloksy)propionsyreetylester D-2- [p- (p-klorfenoksy) fenoksy] propionsyreetylester;
[a]p° = +28,7° (CHC13; c = 1,05%).
2. Fremstilling av de tilsvarende syrer ved esterforsåpning.
58 g D-2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]propionsyreetyl-
ester oppslemmes i 50 ml metanol, blandes med 17 g KOH (oppløst i 50 ml vann) og røres 1 .1/2 timer ved romtemperatur. For å opparbeide blandingen fortynnes med 200 ml vann og surgjøres med HC1. Det utf elte'~"D-2-[p-(p-trif luormetylf enoksy) f enoksy]-
22 propionsyre frafiltreres, vaskes med vann og tørkes. [a]D = +12,88° (CHC13; c = 1,1%).
På analog måte får man ved anvendelse av: D-2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenoksy]propionsyreetylester D-2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenoksy]propionsyren, [a]^°= +20,1° (CHC13; c = 1,01%).
EKSEMPEL 7
For fremstilling av et emulgerbart konsentrat blandes de etter-følgende angitte bestanddeler av dette konsentratet med hver-andre.
Denne blandingen fylles opp til 1 liter med. Xylen.
EKSEMPEL 8 I
Virkestoffet, eksempelvis aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenok-. sy]propionyl/-oksim (forbindelse A i den etterfølgende tabell), oppløses slik .i aceton at en 2%-løsning av virkestoffet dannes. Kort før forsøkets begynnelse fortynnes med vann til den ønskede konsentrasjon som i foreliggende forsøk er 156-1250 g/ha.
(Ved anvendelse av uløselige virkestoffer formuleres sprøyte-pulver som inneholder kaolin som inert fortynningsmiddel).
Forsøksplantene sprøytes i drivhus med det formulerte virkestoffet, og ved hjelp av kvikksølvlamper simuleres en 16 timers dag. 3 uker etter sprøyting undersøkes plantene med hensyn til oppnådd virkning, dvs. den % nekrose bestemmes idet 100% nekrose tilsvarer en fullstendig destruksjon av planten. Løsnings-middeleffekter - så vidt sådanne foreligger - kompenseres ved hjelp av "Abbott-formelen". Resultatene er sammenfattet i den etterfølgende tabell."""

Claims (27)
1. Forbindelser med den generelle formel
karakterisert ved at betyr hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl, R2 hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer, alkenyl med 2-6 karbonatomer, alkinyl med 2-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl eller R^ og R2 sammen med karbonatomet som de er knyttet til danner en cykloheksanring som eventuelt kan være substituert med mono-, di-, eller tri-alkylgrupper med 1-3 karbonatomer, R^ hydrogen, fluor, klor, brom, trifluormetyl eller nitro og R^ og R^ er hydrogen eller klor med den begrensning at R^ og R2 ikke samtidig betyr hydrogen.
2. Forbindelser med formel I ifølge krav 1 karakterisert ved at R^ og R2 betyr alkylrester med 1-2 karbonatomer eller en fenylrest og R^ klor eller trifluormetylresten og R^ og R,, hydrogen.
3. Forbindelser med den generelle formel 1 ifølge krav 1 karakterisert ved at R^ og R2 betyr en metyl-gruppe og R^ klor eller trifluormetylresten og R^ og R^ hydrogen.
4. Forbindelse ifølge ett av kravene 1-3, karakterisert ved at den er aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy) -fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim.
5. Forbindelse ifølge ett av kravene 1-3, karak-|terisert ved at den er aceton-O-D-/2-[p-(p-klor- j fenoksy)fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim.
6. Forbindelse ifølge ett av kravene 1-3, karakterisert ved at den er aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-trifluor-

hvor R^ betyr hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl, R^ hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer, alkenyl med 2-6 karbonatomer, alkinyl med 2-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl eller R-^ og R2 sammen med karbonatomet de er knyttet til danner en cykloheksanring som eventuelt kan være substituert med mono-, di- eller tri-alkylgrupper med 1-3 karbonatomer, R^ hydrogen, fluor, klor, brom, trifluormetyl eller nitro ogR^ og R^ er hydrogen eller klorj,
med den begrensning at R^ og R2 ikke samtidig betyr
hydrogen,
og inert bæremateriale.
12. Ugréssmiddel ifølge krav 11, karakterisert ved at det inneholder aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenoksy] propionyl/-oksim.
13. Ugressmiddel ifølge krav 11, karakterisert ved at det inneholder aceton-G~ D-/2-[p-(p-klorfenoksy)fenoksy] propionyl/-oksim.
14. Ugressmiddel ifølge krav 11, karakterisert ved at det inneholder aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfen-oksy) f enoksy] propionyl/-oksim.
15. Ugressmiddel ifølge krav 11, karakterisert ved at det inneholder aceton-0-D-/2-[p-j- (p-trif luormetyl-fenoksy)fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim.
16. Fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av forbindelser med den generelle formel
hvor R-^ betyr hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl, R2 hydrogen, alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer, alkenyl med 2-6 karbonatomer.,. alkinyl med 2-6 karbonatomer eller fenyl eller R^ og R2 sammen med karbonatomet de er knyttet til danner en cykloheksanring, som eventuelt kan være substituert med mono-, di- eller trialkylgrupper med 1-3 karbonatomer, R^ hydrogen, fluor, klor, brom, trifluormetyl eller nitro og R^ og R,, er hydrogen eller klor med den begrensning at R^ og R2 ikke samtidig betyr hydrogen,J
karakterisert ved at man
a) omsetter et syreklorid eller et reaktivt derivatanhydrid
av denne syren med formel
hvor R^ , R4 og R^ har den i formel I angitte betydning, med et oksim
hvor R^ og R^ har den i formel I angitte betydning, ellerb) omsetter en forbindelse med den generelle formel
hvor Z betyr klor, brom, jod, mesyloksy eller tosyloksy og R^ og R^ har den i formel I angitte betydning,
med en forbindelse med den generelle formel
hvor R^, R4 og R,- har dén i formel I angitte betydning, j eller et alkalimetallsalt derav, om nødvendig i nærvær av en ! base, eller
c) omsetter en syre med formel I med et oksim med formel III i nærvær av dicykloheksylkarbodiimid.
17. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 16 ved fremstilling av aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]propionyl/-oksim, karakterisert , ved at man omsetter 2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenoksy]-propionsyre med acetonoksim i nærvær av dicykloheksylkarbodiimid.
18. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 16 ved fremstilling av aceton-0-/2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenosky]-propionyl/-oksim, karakterisert ved at man omsetter p-(p-tri-fluormetylfenoksy)fenol og 2-brom-propionylacetonoksim.
19. Fremgangsmåte irølge krav 16 ved fremstilling av aceton-0-D-/2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy)fenosky]propionyl/-oksim, karakterisert ved at man omsetter D-2-[p-(p-trifluormetylfenoksy]-propionsyreklorid med acetonoksim.
20. Fremgangsmåte ved bekjempelse av ugress, karakterisert ved at man behandler gjenstandene som skal beskyttes med ett i kravene 1-15 nevnt middel.
21. Anvendelse av de i kravene 11 - 15 nevnte forbindelser som ugressmidler.
22. Optiske aktive forbindelser i D-serien med den generelle formel
j karakterisert ved 'at R betyr hydrogen j
eller alkyl med 1-6 karbonatomer, R1^ hydrogen, fluor, brom, trifluormetyl eller nitro og R^ og R^ har den i formel I angitte betydning med den begrensning at R betyr
