Abstract

Høyfast varmbøyerør som har en balanse mellom en utmerket styrke tilsvarende i det minste X70 klassen og seighet og som har utmerkede strekkegenskaper og et sveisemetall med utmerket lavtemperaturseighet fremstilles. Et UOE stålrør med et gninnmetall med en sammensetning av C: 0,03 - 0,12 %, Si: 0,05 - 0,50 %, Mn: 1,4 - 2,2 %, S: høyst 0,01 %, Al: høyst 0,06 %, N: høyst 0,008 %, og en rest av Fe og forurensninger, idet karbonekvivalenten (Cekv) er høyst 0,36 % og sveis-sprekkdannelsesparameteren (Pcm) er høyst 0,22 %, og som har et sveisemetall med en sveis-sprekkdannelsesparameter (Pcm) på høyst 0,28 %, et B innhold på høyst 5 ppm (deler per million), og et O innhold på høyst 280 ppm (deler per million) oppvarmes til et temperaturområde 900 til 1100 °C og underkastes bøying, og avkjøles deretter umiddelbart til et temperaturområde 300 °C eller lavere med en avkjølingstakt på minst 3 °C/sekund, og blir så temperert i et temperaturområde 300 til 500 °C.
