Claims (59)
1. Сварная стальная труба с продольным швом, имеющая области сварного шва, сформированные на внутренней и внешней поверхностях в продольном направлении, причем:
– химический состав основного металла стальной трубы содержит, в мас.%:
0,01 – 0,1 С,
менее чем 0,5 Si,
0,5 – 2,0 Mn,
0,015 или менее Р,
0,01 или менее S,
0,01 – 0,05 Al,
0,005 – 0,03 Ti,
0,002 – 0,006 N,
0,005 или менее О,
0 – 0,01 Mg,
0 – 0,03 Ca,
0 – 0,6 Ni,
0 – 0,5 Cr,
0 – 0,5 Cu,
0 – 0,4 Mo,
0,012 – 0,06 Nb,
0 – 0,002 B,
0 – 0,06 V,
остальное – Fe и примеси;
– предел прочности основного металла на растяжение составляет 480 МПа – 620 МПа;
– химический состав металла шва стальной трубы является следующим, в мас.%:
0,03 – 0,10 С,
0,03 – 0,50 Si,
0,5 – 2,0 Mn,
0,015 или менее Р,
0,010 или менее S,
0,001 – 0,030 Al,
0,005 – 0,040 Ti,
0,002 – 0,006 N,
0 – 0,035 B,
0,015 – 0,055 О,
0 – 0,60 Ni,
0 – 0,50 Cr,
0 – 0,50 Cu,
0 – 0,40 Mo,
0 – 0,06 V,
0 – 0,005 Ca,
0 – 0,010 Mg,
до 0,060 Nb,
остальное – Fe и примеси, причем
если %C, %Si, %Mn, %Cu, %Cr, %Ni, %Mo, %V, %B, %O, %Al, %N и %Ti соответственно показывают содержание химических элементов C, Si, Mn, Cu, Cr, Ni, Mo, V, B, O, Al, N, и Ti в металле шва, то
Pcm, заданный в виде:
Pcm = %C + %Si/30 +(%Mn+%Cu+%Cr)/20 + %Ni/60 + %Mo/15 + %V/10 + 5%B, составляет 0,2% или менее;
Ceq, заданный в виде:
Ceq = %C + %Mn/6 + (%Cr+%Mo+%V)/5 + (%Ni+%Cu)/15, составляет 0,35% – 0,45%;
α', заданный в виде:
α' = (1,5×(%O–0,89%Al) + 3,4×%N – %Ti)×1000, составляет от –20 до 40; и
%Al/%O составляет 0,3–0,8, где
Pcm – чувствительность сварного шва к растрескиванию,
α' – параметр, характеризующий условия образования игольчатого феррита
Ceq – углеродный эквивалент.
2. Стальная труба по п.1, в которой α' удовлетворяет соотношению: 1000×%О – 10 ≤ α' ≤ 1000×%О + 1.
3. Стальная труба по п.1 или 2, в которой микроструктура металла шва, выраженная в относительной площади составляющих, содержит: 70% или более игольчатого феррита, 15% или менее зернограничного феррита, 3% или менее мартенситно–аустенитной составляющей, и размер зерна в этой микроструктуре, определенный посредством EBSD, составляет 10 мкм или менее, где EBSD - метод дифракции отраженных электронов.
4. Стальная труба по любому из пп.1-3, в которой предел прочности металла шва на растяжение в 1,05 раза или более превышает предел прочности на растяжение основного металла.
5. Стальная труба по любому из пп.1-4, в которой твердость металла шва больше твердости основного металла, а их разница составляет 10 HV или более.
6. Стальная труба по любому из пп.1-5, в которой для металла шва поглощенная энергия по Шарпи составляет 100 Дж или более при температуре –10°С.
7. Стальная труба по любому из пп.1-6, в которой для металла шва поглощенная энергия по Шарпи составляет 100 Дж или более при температуре 1300×%О–60(°С).
