Abstract
Denne oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer fusjonsproteiner omfattende etterfølgende aminosyrer som ved å starte ved den aminoterminale enden av proteinet korresponderer til etterfølgende aminosyrer til stede i (i) et cytomegalovirus humant MHC begrenset peptid, (ii) en første peptidlinker, (iii) et humant P-2 mikroglobulin, (iv) en annen peptidlinker, (v) en HLA-A2 kjede av et humant MHC klasse I molekyl, (vi) en tredje peptidlinker, (vii) en variabel region fra en tung kjede av et scFv fragment av et antistoff, og (viii) en variabel region fra en lett kjede av et slikt scFv fragment, hvor de etterfølgende aminosyrene som korresponderer til (vii) og (viii) er bundet sammen direkte ved en peptidbinding eller ved etterfølgende aminosyrer som korresponderer til en fjerde peptidlinker, hvor antistoffet hvorfra scFv fragmentet er derivert spesifikt binder til mesotelin.
