Abstract

Oppfinnelsen relaterer til bruken av fusjonsproteiner mellom minst to plantecelleveggdegraderingsenzymer, enzymene er slik at de ikke inneholder et C-terminalt karbohydrat-bindings-molekyl (CBM), og valgfritt et CBM, enzymene og CBM er rekombinante proteiner som korresponderer til native proteiner i sopp, eller muterte former derav, for å utføre prosesser av plantecelleveggdegradering innen rammen til fremstillingen, fra planter eller plantebiprodukter, av stoffer av interesse lokalisert i plantecellevegg, eller innen rammen for blekingen av tremasse og papir.
