Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer fremgangsmåter, systemer og utstyr for prognose, diagnose og seleksjon av behandling for AML eller andre typer av leukemi. Gener prognostiske for klinisk resultat for leukemipasienter kan identifiseres ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse. Leukemi sykdomsgener kan også identifiseres ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse. Disse genene er differensielt uttrykt i PBMC'er fra AML-pasienter relativt til sykdomsfri mennesker. Disse genene kan anvendes for diagnose eller overvåkning av utvikling, progresjon eller behandling av AML.
