Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av mycofenolatmofetil (MMF) i hvilken en ester av mycofenolsyre (MPA) med en lavmolekylvekts alifatisk alkohol blir transesterifisert med N-(2-hydroksyetyl)morfolin i tilstedeværelsen av Candida antarctica lipase, og i hvilken MPA esterifiseringsreaksjonen blir utført i tilstedeværelsen av Candida antarctica lipase ved bruk av den korresponderende alkoholen som løsningsmiddelet.
