Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for å belegge et substrat, omfattende trinnene av å: a) påføre et lag omfattende en melaminformaldehydharpiks A til et substrat, hvorved et belagt substrat dannes; b) valgfritt å behandle det belagte substratet med IR- eller NIR-stråling; c) valgritt å påføre et blekk, fargeløsning eller pigmentdispersjon til det belagte substratet; d) valgfritt å påføre et lag omfattende en melaminformaldehydharpiks B til det belagte substratet fra trinn b) eller c); e) plassere det belagte substratet i en presse; f) valgfritt oppvarme det belagte substratet i pressen i en viss tidsperiode; g) å øke trykket i pressen og holde det belagte substratet under trykk i en viss tidsperiode. Oppfinnelsen vedrører ytterligere et belagt substrat som kan oppnås ved fremgangsmåten og dens anvendelse i en etterformingsprosess.The invention relates to a method for coating a substrate, comprising the steps of: a) applying a layer comprising a melamine formaldehyde resin A to a substrate, thereby forming a coated substrate; b) optionally treating the coated substrate with IR or NIR radiation; c) optionally applying an ink, color solution or pigment dispersion to the coated substrate; d) optionally applying a layer comprising a melamine formaldehyde resin B to the coated substrate of step b) or c); e) placing the coated substrate in a press; f) optionally heating the coated substrate in the press for a certain period of time; g) increasing the pressure in the press and keeping the coated substrate under pressure for a certain period of time. The invention further relates to a coated substrate which can be obtained by the process and its use in a replication process.
