Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу нанесения покрытия на субстрат, предусматривающий стадии: а) нанесение на субстрат слоя, содержащего меламино-формальдегидную смолу А, в результате чего образуется субстрат с покрытием; b) возможная обработка субстрата с покрытием ИК-лучами или лучами ближней (длинноволновой) области ИК-спектра (NIR); с) возможное нанесение чернил, раствора красителя или дисперсии пигмента на субстрат с покрытием; d) возможное нанесение слоя, содержащего меламино-формальдегидную смолу В, на субстрат с покрытием со стадии b) или с); е) помещение субстрата с покрытием под пресс; f) возможное нагревание субстрата с покрытием под прессом в течение некоторого времени; g) увеличение давления в прессе и выдерживание субстрата с покрытием под давлением в течение некоторого времени. Изобретение дополнительно относится к субстрату с покрытием, получаемому указанным способом, и его использованию в дальнейшем процессе формования.The invention relates to a method for coating a substrate, comprising the steps of: a) applying to the substrate a layer containing melamine-formaldehyde resin A, resulting in a coated substrate; b) optional treatment of the coated substrate with IR or near (long wave) IR (NIR); c) optionally applying ink, dye solution or pigment dispersion to the coated substrate; d) optionally applying a layer containing melamine-formaldehyde resin B on the coated substrate from step b) or c); f) placing the coated substrate under the press; f) possibly heating the coated substrate under the press for some time; g) increasing the pressure in the press and holding the coated substrate under pressure for some time. The invention further relates to a coated substrate obtained by said method and its use in a further molding process.
