Abstract

Det er tilveiebrakt en anordning og et program for evaluering av foretak som er i stand til utføre relativ evaluering av forteneste/inntjeningskapasitet på intellektuelle aktiva innbefattende slikt som patenter, know-how, varemerker og forvaltningseffektivitet i hvert foretak under forhold som ikke er avhengig av foretakets størrelse eller verdien av fortjenesten på intellektuelle resurser. Anordningen for evaluering av foretak innbefatter: en anordning for innsamling av finansinformasjon for å innhente totale aktiva, produksjons/salgsfortjeneste, lisensinntekter på patenter og lignende, finansielle aktiva, lønnsomhet av finansielle aktiva, rørbare faste aktiva og lønnsomhet av rørbare faste aktiva for et foretak fra en finansdatabase som inneholder finansinformasjon om foretak; en anordning for beregning av fortjeneste på intellektuelle aktiva ved å subtrahere en verdi fremskaffet ved å multiplisere de finansielle aktiva med lønnsomheten på de finansielle aktiva og en verdi fremskaffet ved å multiplisere de rørbare faste aktiva med lønnsomheten på de rørbare faste aktiva, fra summen av den innhentede produksjons/salgs-fortjenesten og lisensinntektene fra patenter og lignende; en anordning for beregning av lønnsomhet på intellektuelle aktiva ved å dividere lønnsomheten på de intellektuelle aktiva med de totale aktiva; og en utmatingsanordning for utmating av den beregnede lønnsomheten på intellektuelle aktiva til en visningsanordning eller lignende. Ved å varsle den beregnede lønnsomheten på intellektuelle aktiva til en bruker, kan brukeren sammenligne lønnsomheten av intellektuelle aktiva for hvert foretak.
