Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for omvandling av varmeenergi til mekanisk energi gjennom volum-, trykk- og temperaturforandring til arbeidsmediet, hvor arbeidsmediet blir sugd inn i det første trinnet (1) under dette første trinnets (1) volumøkning, hvorpå det ved det første trinnets (1) volumreduksjon blir overført til det andre trinnet (2) under det andre trinnets volumøkning, hvorpå arbeidsmediet ved det andre trinnet (2) volumreduksjon blir overført via det tredje trinnet (3) under samtidig varmetilførsel til det fjerde trinnet (4) ved det fjerde trinnets (4) volumøkning, hvorpå arbeidsmediet blir overført fra det fjerde trinnet (4) under reduksjon til dets volum til det femte trinnet (5) og blir ekspandert på dette femte trinnet (5) under det femte trinnets volumøkning. I samsvar med den oppfinnelsesmessige fremgangsmåten blir følgelig en termodynamisk kretsprosess med fem takter beskrevet. Et videre formål ved oppfinnelsen er en innretning for gjennomføring av denne fremgangsmåten.
