Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for metallisk forbindelse av front- eller tverrsnittsflater på stenger (1,2), eventuelt på profilerte stenger, eksempelvis skinner, med større lengdeutstrekning ved hjelp av friksjonssveising. I henhold til oppfinnelsen forutsettes det derved for en varmpressingssveising over hele flaten med høy kvalitet at en aksenormal avretting av stangenden og en aksefluktende orientering av stengene (1, 2) skjer, hvoretter deres avrettede tverrsnittsflater (11,21) stilles ved hverandre, trykkbelastes, og de to stangendene (12, 22) som er orientert innbyrdes mot hverandre beveges oscillerende, slik at en gnidningsvarme dannes ved berøringsflatene,. og ved oppnåelse av kriteriene for en metallisk forbindelse av stangendene (12, 22) som er aksialt orientert forhøyes trykkøkningen (Pl, P2) på tverrsnittsflatene (11, 2 1), og disse forbindes over hele flaten med hverandre.
