Abstract
En elektrostatisk kapasitansdetekteringskrets (10) omfatter en vekselstrømspennings-generator (11), en første operasjonsforsterker (14) hvis ikke-inverterende inngangsterminal er tilkoblet et spesifikt potensiale (et jordpotensiale i dette eksemplet), en andre operasjonsforsterker (16) som innbefatter en spenningsfølger, en motstand (RI) (12) forbundet mellom vekselstrømsspenningsgeneratoren (11) og en inverterende irmgangsterminal til den første operasjonsforsterkeren (14), en motstand (R2) (13) tilkoblet mellom den inverterende inngangsterminalen til den første operasjonsforsterkeren (14) og en utgangsterminal til den andre operasjonsforsterkeren (16), og et impedanselement (en kondensator) (15) tilkoblet mellom en utgangsterminal til den første operasjonsforsterkeren (14) og en ikke-inverterende inngangsterminal til den andre operasjonsforsterkeren (16), og en kondensator som skal detekteres (17), er tilkoblet mellom den ikke-inverterende inngangsterminalen til den andre operasjonsforsterkeren (16) og det spesifikke potensialet. Den elektrostatiske kapasitansdetekteringskretsen (10) og kondensatoren (17) er anordnet tilstøtende til hverandre.
