Abstract
En anordning (1) for ved overflateplasmonresonans å påvise en oppløselig og/eller partikulær analytt omfatter en prismeføler (2) med en metallisert føleroverflate (3) som kan binde analytten, og en laser (10) som avgir en stråle (4) rettet mot føleroverflaten. Det er anordnet en detektor (5) som kan påvise lys (6) internt reflektert fra følerover-flaten (3). Forskyvningsutstyr (7) som omfatter en vibrator (8) og et speil (9), kan drives til å forflytte eksitasjonsstrålen (4) over et vinkelområde (A) i forhold til føleroverflaten. En analyttprøve (15) anbringes på den metalliske føler og detektoren utnyttes for å tolke lyssignalene (6) som internt reflekteres fra føleroverflaten (3), slik at prøven (1.5) blir analysert. Et videokamerasystem (16) som omfatter et speil (17), et mikroskopobjektiv (18) og en rasterføler (19) benyttes for å påvise det spredte lys sendt ut fra oversiden av føleroverflaten (3).
