Description
Fremgangsmåte til økning av krystallinske sprengstoffers elektriske overflateledningsevne og risleevne.
Problemet med å unngå den elektrostatiske oppladning såvel som sammen-bakning av krystallinske sprengstoffer er ennu ikke løst tilfredsstillende. Riktignok er anvendelsen av grafit (britisk patent nr.
919 694), talkum og andre stoffer (tysk patent nr. 722.144) som gjør overflaten glidende og øker risleevnen kjent som tilsetning for sprengstoffer. Disse stoffer hindrer imidlertid bare uvesentlig den elektrostatiske oppladning, eller man tren-ger som i tilfelle med grafit, tilsetninger i slike mengder at spengstoffets brisans merkbart nedsettes.
Den elektrostatiske oppladning lar seg imidlertid fullstendig unngå og dermed
økes samtidig risleevnen, når man påfører spesialsot med en spesifik motstand på mindre enn 1 Ohm x cm og en spesifik overflate på mer enn 20 ma/g i mengder inntil 0,5 pst. på sprengstoffets overflate.
De anvendte spesialsottyper er kjent
under handelsnavnene «Corax L», «Corax B», «Regent», «flammesot» og fremstilles av firma Degussa i Frankfurt.
Tilsetningen lar seg såvel anvende for krystallinske initial- som også sekundær - sprengstoffer, som pentaerytrittetranitrat (nitropenta), cyklotrimetylentrinitramin (heksogen), blyazid, blytrinitroresorcinat
(tricinat), såvel som blandinger herav og med oksyderende eller reduserende stoffer eller friksjonsmidler, som eksempelvis sili-siumkarbid.
Eksempler.
Eksemplene 1 til 4 gjengir overflate-ledningsevnen av nitropenta etter tilsetning av forskjellige spesialsot.

Eksemplene 5 til 7 gjengir til sammen-ligning overflateledningsevne av blyazid etter tilsetning av et spesialsot eller av grafit.

Claims (1)
- Fremgangsmåte til å øke krystallinske sprengstoffers elektriske overflateledningsevne og risleevne, karakterisert ved at man tilsetter sot hvis spesifikke overflate er større enn 20 m2/g, i mengder av inntil 0,5 pst. på sprengstoffets overflate.
