Description

Anordning ved væskebeholdere som oppvarmes, f. eks. varmtvannsberedere.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en anordning ved væskebeholdere, f. eks. varmtvannsberedere, som oppvarmes med elektrisitet, damp,
gass eller varmt vann, og som står under direkte
trykk fra høyereliggende vannmagasin eller
trykkbeholder.
Ved. berederens oppvarmning utvides vann-volumet og hvis berederen var helt lukket ville
vannet i denne forårsake en betydelig trykk-økning. Allerede ved oppvarmning til ca. 75° C
ville trykket ha steget til ca. 80 kg/cm<2> og der-etter gitt en stadig akselererende økning ved
stigende temperatur. Det ville derfor være fare
for at berederen kunne springe selv ved en temperatur under 100° C. Ved økning av tempera-turen over 100° C ville det oppstå farlig sprengning av berederen.
For å eliminere slike farer er det påbudt
diverse sikkerhetsforanstaltninger som hver for
seg og samlet skal være helt sikre. Det er således
påbudt sikkerhetsventil for et bestemt høyeste trykk og selve berederen skal være trykkprøve med det dobbelte av dette høyeste trykk. For å hindre høyere temperatur enn 100° C skal berederen være forsynt med diverse temperatur-regulerende organer.
For å hindre at varmt vann renner ut av berederen ved reparasjon eller brudd på vann-tilførselsledningen, eller ved tømning av denne er det påbudt at berederen forsynes med en tilbakeslagsventil som har fritt gjennomløp frem tiL berederen, men med effektiv stengt tilbake-løp til vanntilførselsledningen.
Til tross for alle disse sikkerhetsforanstaltninger hender det mange uhell som vanligvis innskrenker seg til sprukne beredere, men det hender også en del ulykker ved sprengning av berederen.
Årsaken til uhellene eller ulykkene er alltid at berederen er blitt utsatt for for stort trykk.
Hensikten med foreliggende oppfinnelse er å tilveiebringe en minskning av de ovenfor nevn-te farer og sørge for at .trykkøkningen i berederen utjevnes i vanntilførselsledningen.
Dette oppnås ifølge oppfinnelsen ved at i vanntilførselsledningen til berederen er det anordnet en trykkutj evningsinnretning i form av en tilbakeslagsventil og en i eller utenom denne anordnet shuntforbindelse for tilbakeføring av det ved oppvarmning av berederen ekspanderende vann til vanntilførselsledningen.
Det er klart at shuntforbindelsen har betydelig mindre gjennomstrømningsverrsnitt enn selve, tilbakeslagsventilen, og av den grunn vil berederen ikke tømmes ved brudd i vanntilfør-selsledningen, idet det dannes et undertrykk i berederen som hindrer denne tømming.
Hvis shuntforbindelsen er anordnet i tilbakeslagsventilen, er den ifølge oppfinnelsen fortrinnsvis utformet selvrensende ved at selve ventillegemet med en sentral åpning, med klaring er forskyvbart på en styrestamme i gjen-nomstrømningsverrsnittet.
Et utførelseseksempel på oppfinnelsen skal forklares nærmere under henvisning til tegnin-gen. Fig 1 viser skjematisk en varmtvannsbereder med en anordning ifølge oppfinnelsen. Fig. 2 viser et aksialt snitt gjennom en trykkutj evningsventil ifølge oppfinnelsen med innven-dig, selvrensende shuntforbindelse.
På fig. 1 er vist en varmtvannsbereder 1 med en elektrisk varmekolbe 2 som styres ved hjelp av en termostat 3. Berederen er forsynt med en tømmekran 4 og en luftekran 6 som er anordnet i forbindelse med varmtvannsledningen fra berederen til tappestedene 7. I forbindelse med vanntilførselsledningen 5, 10 er anordnet en sikkerhetsventil 8. I vanntilførselsledningen 5, 10 ligger en trykkutj evningsinnretning 9 som er vist i detalj på fig. 2.
Trykkutj evningsinnretningen består av en tilbakeslagsventil som har et ventilhus med en sentralt anordnet styrestamme 11 på hvilken er forskyvbart anordnet med klaring 13 et ventil-legeme 12. Hovedløpet 14 vil øyeblikkelig slippe gjennom større mengder vann idet bare en liten trykkforskjell vil gi full åpning av gjennom - strømningstverrsnittet 14, mens shuntforbindelsen 13 har et vesentlig mindre gjennomstrøm-ningstverrsnitt.

Claims (3)

1. Anordning ved væskebeholdere, f. eks. varmtvannsberedere, som oppvarmes med elektrisitet, damp, gass eller varmt vann, og som står under direkte trykk fra høyereliggende vannmagasin eller trykkbeholder, karakterisert ved at det i vanntilførselsledningen til berederen er anordnet en trykkutj evningsinnretning i form av en tilbakeslagsventil og en i eller utenom denne anordnet shuntforbindelse for tilbakeføring av det ved oppvarmning av berederen ekspanderende vann til vanntilførsels-ledningen.
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, med shuntforbindelse i tilbakeslagsventilen, karakterisert ved at shuntforbindelsen som har betydelig mindre gjennomstrømningstverrsnitt enn selve tilbakeslagsventilen er utformet selvrensende ved at selve ventillegemet med en sentral åpning, med klaring er forskyvbart på en styrestamme i gjennomstrømningstverrsnittet.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at det mellom trykkutj evningsinnretningen og vanntilførselstilknytningen er anordnet en vakuumventil.
