Description

Rustbankemaskin.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en rustbankemaskin hvor en rustbanker via en brakett er bevegelig anordnet i et stativ beregnet til å festes til flaten som skal rustbankes, slik at rustbankeren kan beveges i et plan parallelt med eller tilnærmet parallelt med1 flaten.
Denne oppfinnelsen er særlig beregnet til rustbanking av relativt store flater, f. eks. skipsdekk eller skipshuder. Rust-bankingen er en del av det daglige ved-likeholdet og foretas i dag for det meste med elektriske eller luftdrevne rustban-kere som betjenes for hånd.
Med foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveie-bringes det en rustbankemaskin som kan plaseres på den flaten som skal rustbankes, hvoretter man setter maskinen i gang, og den vil da selvstendig rustbanke det om-rådet maskinen dekker. På denne måte vil man kunne spare inn flere mann, slik at utgiftene her blir mindre.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører altså en rustbankemaskin, kjennetegnet ved kombinasjonen av at rustbankeren er svingbart lagret på braketten, slik at rustbankeren svinger over en sektor av flaten som skal bankes under sin fremdrift i stativet ved at rustbankeren over en stang er drivforbundet med et på en av akslene glidbart, men kilesporforbundet, lagret eksenter, og at stativet omfatter to parallelle og ved endene gjensidig i avstand holdte, gjengede aksler, hvorpå braketten er lagret med muttere tilsvarende akslenes gjenger, hvilke to aksler drives av et drivorgan.
For å kunne regulere rustbankerens
anleggstrykk mot platen som skal rustbankes, kan rustbankeren være forsynt med en fjærreguleringsanordning for re-gulering av samme anleggstrykk.
Oppfinnelsen skal forklares nærmere med henvisning til vedføyede tegning hvor
fig. 1 viser en perspektivisk skisse av et ut-førelseseksempel i henhold til oppfinnelsen ,og fig. 2 viser en detalj av samme sett ovenfra i en større målestokk enn i fig. 1.
I fig. 1 betegner 1 selve rustbankeren med gear 2 og en elektrisk drivmotor 3 som får strøm gjennom ledningen 4 som er oppviklet på en fjærbelastet spole 5. Rustbankeren med motor og overføringselement er fastgjort til en plate 6 som igjen er lagret på braketter 7 med et sfærisk kule-lager 8 (fig. 2). Braketten 7 er forsynt med fire gjengede føringer 9, 10, 11 og 12. Disse gjengede føringene er tilpasset de to gjengede akslene 13, 14 som med deres respektive ender er lagret i hjørnehusene 15, 16, 17 og 18. Disse to akslene 13, 14 dan-ner fortrinnsvis lengdesidene i stativet og tverrsidene dannes av de to stag 19, 20 hvorav det ene staget i dette tilfelle, det venstre stag nr. 19 er utført som et driv-overføringselement mellom de to gjengede akslene 13 og 14. I hjørnehusene 15 og 16 kan det da fortrinnsvis være anbrakt i en kjegletannhj ulover f øring mellom hen-holdsvis den gjengede akslen 14, stagakslen 19 og mellom stagakslen 19 og den gjengede
akslen 13 slik at de to gjengede akslene 13,
14 er synkronisert, idet i dette tilfelle den
gjengede akslen 14 drives fra en elektro-motor 21.
Ved store stativer kan det være en fordel å avstive stativets sider med et eks-tra stag som går fra hjørnet til hjørnet under eller over de inntegnede sidekan-ter. Den på det sfæriske kulelageret 8 lag-rede plate 6 er over en stang 22 og leddet 23 forbundet med et eksenter 24 som er fritt lagret på den gjengede akselen 14 men forsynt med en glidekileforbindelse slik at den gjengede akslen 14 ved sin omdreining tar med seg eksenteret 24. Mellom den gjengede føringen 11 og eksenteret 24 kan i dette tilfelle være innpasset en avstandshylse 25.
I hjørnehusene 15, 16, 17 og 18 er det dessuten i det viste utførelseseksempelet anbrakt elektromagneter (ikke vist) for feste av stativet til den flaten som skal rustbankes.
Virkemåten til maskinen er følgende: Stativet plaseres på den flaten som skal rustbankes, og elektromagnetene i hjørne-husene 15 og 16, 17 og 18 kobles inn slik at stativet står fast, deretter settes motoren 21 i gang og de gjengede akslene 13 og 14 og overføringsdelen 19 vil begynne å rotere. På grunn av at braketter 7 er lagret på de gjengede aksler 13, 14 med de tilsvarende gjengede føringene 9, 10, 11 og 12 vil braketten 7 bevege seg i retningen av den inntegnede pilen A. Samtidig vil eksenteret 24 rotere og over leddet 23 og stangen 22 som er forbundet med platen 6 utenfor dennes omdreiningspunkt rundt det sfæriske lageret 8, vil platen 6 med motoren 3, drivoverføringselementet 2 og selve rustbankeren 1 utføre den svingende bevegel-sen som er antydet med pilen B. Den strømførende ledningen 5 vil strammes og rulles av spolen 5, mot en fjærvirkning slik at når braketten 7 med tilbehør er nådd frem1 til hjørnehusene 15, 17 er ledningen 4 nesten fullt uttrukket og står under fjærpåvirkning fra spolen 5. Etter at rustbankeren er nådd frem til den ene sidekanten kan omdreiningsretningen til de gjengede akslene 13 og 14 forandres, f. eks. ved ompoling av motoren 21, som kan skje automatisk, hvoretter rustbankeren vil bevege seg mot høyre på tegningen. Fjærkraften i spolen 5 vil da sørge for å vikle opp den strømførende ledningen 4 slik at den ikke blir liggende i veien for rustbankeren1 1.
På fig. 2 er det med 26 antydet en reguleringsinnretning for rustbankerens 1 anleggstrykk mot flaten som skal rustbankes. Denne reguleringsinnretningen er her ikke vist i detalj, idet den for en fag-mann er helt selvfølgelig, det skal bare nevnes at det mellom platen 6 og braketten 7 er anbrakt en sterk fjær som kan strammes med en skrue 26. Platen 6 vil' da vippe om det sfæriske lageret 8 slik at rustbankeren 1 blir fjernet eller nærmet til flaten som skal rustbankes.
Det er hele tiden vært snakket om rustbanking, men selvfølgelig kan maskinen i henhold til oppfinnelsen også anven-des til andre formål, f. eks. til stålbørsting av store flater.
Det er selvsagt ikke noe i veien for her å anvende en pneumatisk rusthammer i stedenfor den viste elektriske rustbankeren.

Claims (1)

  1. Rustbankemaskin hvor en rustbanker via en brakett er bevegelig anordnet i et stativ beregnet til å festes til flaten som skal rustbankes, slik at rustbankeren kan beveges i et plan parallelt med eller tilnærmet parallelt med flaten, karakterisert ved kombinasjonen av at rustbankeren (1) er svingbart lagret på braketten (7), slik at rustbankeren svinger over en sektor av flaten, som skal bankes under sin fremdrift i stativet (13—20) ved at rustbankeren over en stang (22) er drivforbundet med et på en av akslene (13 eller 14) glidbart, men kilesporforbundet, lagret eksenter (24), og at stativet omfatter to parallelle og ved endene (15—18) gjensidig i avstand holdte, gjengede aksler (13, 14) hvorpå braketten (7) er lagret med muttere (9—12) tilsvarende akslenes (13, 14) gjenger, hvilke to aksler (13, 14) drives av et drivorgan (21).
