Description
Krananordning.
Oppfinnelsen angår en krananordning,
bestående av en i horisontal- og vertikalplanet svingbar kranarm, som i ytre ende er forsynt med en i vertikalplanet svingbar forlengelsesarm.
Vanligvis svinges forlengelsesarmen i vertikalplanet ved hjelp av en utenpå-lig-gende, hydraulisk sylinder, mens denne ifølge oppfinnelsen dannes av kranarmens ytre del, hvilket gjør konstruksjonen en-klere og billigere. En annen fordel ved an-ordningen er at det ved denne unngås skade ved støt, som kan ødelegge en ut-vendig trykksylinder.
Krananordningen i henhold til oppfinnelsen karakteriseres ved at ytre ende av kranarmen er utformet som en trykksylinder med et stempel som er forbundet med forlengelsesarmen ved hjelp av minst en leddstang, slik at forlengelsesarmen svinges oppad når stemplet presses utad.
Ifølge en spesiell utformning danner
en leddstang stemplets stempelstang og løper gjennom en skillevegg eller bunnvegg i trykksylinderen og er forbundet med en annen leddstang festet til forlengelsesarmen.
Et utførelseseksempel av krananordningen etter oppfinnelsen er vist på tegnin-gen, som viser kranarmen sett fra siden, delvis i snitt.
Kranarmen består av en trykksylinder 18 og er festet til ører 14 på krantoppen 2, som er dreibar i horisontalplanet. Stemplet 6 i sylinder 18 er forbundet med krantoppen ved hjelp av en leddstang 8. Utenfor stemplet 6 finnes et inntak for trykkmediet.
Til kranarmen 3 er det i ytre ende mon-tert en forlengelsesarm 11 og denne svinges i vertikalplanet ved hjelp av en leddstang 10 som er forbundet med stempelstangen 16 i en kranarmens 3 ytre ende anordnet trykksylinder 13 stempel 15, idet trykksylinderen 13 er skilt fra den indre sylinder 18 ved en skillevegg 12.
I trykksylinderen 13 er det anordnet en vegg 17, som stempelstangen 16 har føring gjennom, idet i eksemplet stempelstangen er leddet forbundet med leddstangen 10, som igjen er festet til forlengelsesarmen 11. Leddstangen 10 kan være forbundet dir-ekte med stemplet 15 og skilleveggen 17 sløyfes. I så fall blir trykksylinderen enkelt-virkende, mens den i det viste eksempel er dobbeltvirkende, idet trykkmediet trykkes inn på ønsket side av stemplet.
Claims (2)
1. Krananordning, bestående av en i horisontal- og vertikalplanet svingbar kranarm, som i ytre ende er forsynt med en i vertikalplanet svingbar forlengelsesarm, karakterisert ved at ytre ende av kranarmen (3) er utformet som en trykksylinder (13) med et stempel (15) som er forbundet med forlengelsesarmen (11) ved hjelp av minst en leddstang (10), slik at forlengelsesarmen (11) svinges oppad når stemplet (15) presses utad.
2. Krananordning i henhold til på-stand 1, karakterisert ved aten leddstang (16) danner stemplets (15) stempelstang og løper gjennom en skillevegg eller bunnvegg (17) i trykksylinderen (13)
og er forbundet med en annen leddstang (10) festet til forlengelsesarmen (11).
