Description
Vekstfremmende preparat.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører dyref6r inneholdende salter av spiramycin I, II eller III eller blandinger herav og 2,2'-dihydroxy-l,l'-dinaftylmetan-3,3'-dikarbonsyre eller embonsyre.
De i henhold til foreliggende oppfin-nelse anvendte salter kan fremstilles på vanlig måte ved omdannelse av organiske baser til salter, hensiktsmessig ved hjelp av dobbeltomsetning mellom et vannoppløse-lig embonsyresalt og et også vannoppløse-lig spiramycinsalt. Som eksempel på vann-oppløselige embonsyresalter kan nevnes salter dannet med alkalimetaller. Som spiramycinsalt kan man eksempelvis anvende spiramycinsulfat eller -fosfat.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører altså et vekstfremmende preparat, beregnet til å tilføres dyr som sådant, eller i dyreffiret, og prepa-ratet er karakterisert ved at det inneholder dels et salt av embonsyre og spiramycin I, II eller III eller en blanding av disse salter, dels et uorganisk eller organisk fortyn-ningsmiddel.
De i henhold til foreliggende oppfin-nelse anvendte embonater er sammensatt av 1 molekyl embonsyre og' 1 molekyl spiramycin. De er uoppløselige i vann og har likesom spiramycinbasene sterkt anaboli-serende virkning. Hvis de settes til dyrefor fremkaller disse salter en meget hurtigere tilvekst enn det som kan iakttas med rent naturlig f6r. Saltene er videre meget lag-ringsbestandige, og kan blandes med slike produkter som normalt settes til dyrefor, uten at man behøver å frykte noen forand-ring under lagringen.
De forskjellige salter som anvendes i henhold til oppfinnelsen har samme heldige virkning på dyrenes tilvekst. I praksis kan man derfor anvende spiramycinembonat fremstillet ved blandinger av spiramycinene I, II og III som fås ved dyrking således som det er beskrevet i fransk patent nr. 1.159.160.
Den nødvendige dose i blandet dyrefor av disse salter for å tilveiebringe ønsket virkning, kan selvsagt variere innen gan-ske vide grenser, alt etter dyretype og fo-rets næringsverdi. Generelt bør dyrenes fårblanding inneholde 5—50 g spiramycinembonat pr. tonn for.
Embonatene kan anvendes for alle
dyrearter og spesielt for svin og fjærfe.
Oppfinnelsen skal i det følgende for-klares nærmere ved hjelp av et ikke be-grensende eksempel.
Eksempel.
I et kar utstyrt med røreverk helles samtidig 4 liter vannoppløsning inneholdende 1 mol natriumembonat og 4 liter vannoppløsning av spiramycinsulfat frem-stilt av en blanding av de tre spiramycin-baser, inneholdende 1 mol spiramycinbase. Den dannede utfelling isoleres, vaskes og tørkes. Herved fås 1066 g spiramycinembonat i form av et grønn-gult pulver.
Dette spiramycinsalts virkning er blitt undersøkt ved oppfødning av svin på et f6r med følgende sammensetning:
Tre homogene grupper hver på 10 ny-lig avvendte grisunger får samme grunn-for. Til foret for gruppene II og III ble det satt ovennevnte spiramycinembonat i en dosis på 15 g/tonn resp. 22 g/tonn. Den gjennomsnittlige vektøkning fremgår av følgende tabell:
Gl betegner gjennomsnittlig vektøkning pr. dag for kontrollgruppen, og Gi gjennomsnittlig vektøkning for gruppene II og III.
Ved undersøkelse av en i henhold til ovenstående spiramycinembonat blandet forprøves bestandighet viser det seg at sal-tet er meget stabilt. Etter lagring i 3 må-neder ved værelsetemperatur, 20—22° C, blir det tilbake 95 pst. av det fra begyn-nelsen tilsatte emonat.

- Vekstfremmende preparat, beregnet til å tilføres dyr som sådant, eller i dyreforet, karakterisert ved at det inneholder dels et salt av embonsyre og spiramycin I, II eller III eller en blanding av disse salter, dels et uorganisk eller organisk for-tynningsmiddel.
