Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for uskadeliggjøring av giftige avgasser i forbindelse med belegning av plateglass.
Description
For til dyr.
Nærværende oppfinnelse vedrører for-blandinger for dyr og mere spesielt blandinger for å forbedre dyrs generelle til-stand og for å fremskynde deres vekst.
Det er kjent at forskjellige gunstige virkninger, f. eks. på vektshastigheten og på helsetilstanden kan oppnåes ved tilsetning av visse produkter til dyreforet. Slike produkter er tilstede, f. eks. i kjøtt og fiskemel anvendt som tilleggselementer i dyreforet. Det er også blitt funnet at visse syntetiske produkter, antibiotika som penicillin og klortetracyklin eller vitaminer som B12, tilsatt til for for dyr, som kyllinger, kalkuner, kalver og svin gir i varierende grad disse gunstige effekter på dyrets utvikling.
Det er også kjent at antibiotiske stof-
fer fremstilt ved dyrkning av Strepto-myces ambofaciens og betegnet som Spiramycin I, II og III, såvel som blandinger av disse Spiramyciner er i besiddelse av inte-ressante antibakterielle egenskaper, hvilke gjør dem terapeutisk anvendelige. Det er også kjent at Spiramycin I, II og II har nær beslektede kjemiske konstitusjoner og har liknende effekt på en gitt mikro-organisme.
Det er nå blittt funnet at Spiramycin
I, II og III og også blandinger av Spiramycin I, II og III har betydningsfulle anaboliske egenskaper og at, når tilsatt til dyrefor, individuelt eller blandet, forårsaker de langt hurtigere vektsøkning enn hva det er blitt bemerket ved utelukkende naturlig for eller for som inneholder tid-ligere kjente faktorer.
Vinningen i vekt fastslått med for basert på Spiramycin svarer til en reell vevdannelse og ikke en økning av vann-reservene i organismen. En annen fordel ved blandingene etter oppfinnelsen ligger i at de ikke forårsaker noen uønskede bi-effekter på dyrene. Ennvidere forblir de behandlede dyr ved god helse og dødelig-heten er lavere enn blant kontrolldyr, som utelukkende mottar naturlig for.
Den uventede verdi av spiramycin som tilsetning til dyrefor vises klart av det følgende eksperiment, i hvilket spiramycin er sammenlignet med klortetracyclin, som er en av de best kjente forbindelser anvendt for å fremme veksten av husdyr. Enkelthetene og resultatene ved dette eksperiment er angitt nedenfor:
2 grupper, hver på 10 grisunger, ble utvalgt, og hver grisunge i hver gruppe har i den annen gruppe sin ekvivalent med hensyn til kjønnsutvikling, vekt, fysikalsk kondisjon og opprinnelse. Grisungene var alle av arten kjent som Large White/ Yorkshire. Grisungenes vekt varierte fra 19 til 22 kg. De ble oppstallet enkeltvis og ble matet på en diet som besto av:
For den ene gruppe grisunger ble dieten supplert med klortetracyclin med en mengde på 20 g/tonn av dieten, mens for den annen gruppe grisunger ble dieten supplert med spiramycin med en mengde på 20 g/tonn av dieten.
Dieten ble matet til grisungene 3 gan-ger daglig i en slik mengde at grisungen
ville konsumere den på ca. 20 minutter. Prøvene ble bragt til avslutning når hver grisunge hadde oppnådd en vekt på 60 kg.
De følgende resultater ble oppnådd:
De foranstående resultater viser klart at spiramycin 'har en avgjort fordel over-for klortetracyclin for å fremme veksten av grisunger og gir også en vesentlig for-besparelse for å oppnå samme sluttvekt.
Blandingene ifølge oppfinnelsen kan brukes ved foring av all slags buskap, men det er særlig på svin at de er mest effektive.
Spiramycinene kan tilsettes til produkter for dyreernæring i forskjellige for-mer: som rent stoff eller som rå produkter oppnådd fra fermenteringssuppene etter adsorpsjon på et adsorpsjonsmiddel, som adsorberende jord, eller etter for-dampning til tørrhet.
Mengdene av Spiramycin tilsatt til rasjonene kan variere innenfor relativt store
grenser i overensstemmelse med dyrearten og i overensstemmelse med forartens egen-verdi. Som generell regel er doser fra 10 til 50 g pr. tonn for egnet.
De følgende eksempler illustrerer oppfinnelsen og viser hvordan den kan utfø-res i praksis.
Eksempel 1.
Et basisfor inneholdende 13 pst. rå protein ble gitt til 2 ensartede grupper, hver på 8 svin (rase: stor hvit-dansk krysning) med begynnelse etter avven-ning. Spiramycin ble innarbeidet på homogen måte med en gehalt på 16 g pr. tonn for i foret bestemt for den ene gruppes svin. Betingelsene og prøveresul-tatene er satt opp i den følgende tabell:
Dette eksperiment viser at tilsetnin-gen av Spiramycin til basisforet aksele-rerer veksten for dyrene og øker utbyttet i levende vekt fremstilt fra konsumert for.
Eksempel 2.
Et annet forsøk ble utført med 2 grupper svin, 5 i hver, og som mottok det
samme basisfor som i eksempel 1. Spiramycin (20 g pr. tonn for) ble innarbeidet på en homogen måte i foret for den ene gruppe kontinuerlig. Forsøket ble utført som i eksempel 1 med individer på ca. 20 kg og ble fortsatt i lengere tid. Ved slut-ten av prøven var vektsøkningen gjennomsnittlig 40 kg. De gjennomsnittlige virkninger og konsumtall var som følger:
Eksempel 3.
Tre grupper hver på 50 kyllinger (Sus-sex oppdrett) ble foret fra en dag gamle i 83 dager med det samme basisfor. En gruppe ble brukt som kontroll, mens Spiramycin ble ensartet innarbeidet i foret for de to andre grupper med en mengde på 10 g pr. tonn for for en gruppe og 25 g pr. tonn for den annen gruppe.
De oppnådde resultater var som føl-ger:
Eksempel 4.
To grupper hver på 11 kviger ca. 1 år og som veiet ca. 200 kg ble foret opp på
gressgang, men kvigene i den ene gruppe fikk hver dag i tillegg 100 mg Spiramycin oralt. Resultatene var som følger:
Ved sammenlikning med vektene ved begynnelsen av prøven veier dyrene 12 uker etterpå henholdsvis 104,3 pst. og 109,3 pst. av begynnelsesvekten. Dette betyr en 5 x 100 ekstra vinning på ' dvs. 4,8 pst.

Eksempel 5.
To grupper av avvennede Duroc srnå-svin hver veiende 15—16 kg utvelges slik at en gjennomsnittlig vekt pr. småsvin er 15,8 kg i hver gruppe. Dyrene blir foret på en basisrasjon inneholdende 16 pst. rått protein inntil de veier 50 kg og derpå en basisrasjon inneholdende 14 pst. rått protein. Spiramycin i en mengde på 20 g/tonn tilsettes til rasjonene for den ene gruppe. De oppnådde resultater er som følger:
Eksempel 6.
256 svin deles i grupper på 8 med 8 grupper pr. doseringsmengde, hvilket gir et total på 64 svin pr. doseringsmengde.
Gruppene utvelges på slik måte at i hver behandlingsserie kan gruppene som mottar forskjellig behandling sammenliknes. Basisrasjonen inneholder 18 pst. rått protein. De oppnådde resultater er som følger:
Eksempel 7.
Avvennede svin oppfores på en normal diet til en vekt på ca: 80 kg. De deles derpå i grupper på 5, med 2 grupper pr. doseringsmengde. Basisrasjonen inneholder
7 pst. mais og soyabønner og 1 pst. benmel
såvel som kalk, mineralsalter og vitaminer.
Resultatene etter 11 uker er som føl-ger:
Eksempel 8.
Forsøket ble utført fra alderen 1 dag til 6 uker og var på to kontrollgrupper på 20 kyllinger hver og tre behandlede grupper på 20 kyllinger hver foret opp i avde-linger, hver gruppe inneholdende 10 hane-kyllinger og 10 hønekyllinger. Basisrasjonen inneholdt 70 pst. mais og soyabønner, 5 pst. lucernmel, 4 pst. fiskemel, 2,5 pst. pulverisert skummet melk, 2 pst. stabilisert dyrefett, vitatminer og sporelementer.
Oppnådde resultater:
Prosentandelene er gitt i sammenlikning med kontrollene.

Eksempel 9.
Forsøk ble utført med Hampshire og
Landrace svin delt i grupper på 10 til 14
med 5 grupper pr. doseringsmengde, ialt et
total på 59 svin pr. doseringsmengde. I
hver gruppe veide småsvinene 5,5 til 5,750
kg og var 28 til 35 dager gamle. De ble
valgt på slik måte at i hver behandlingsserie var gruppene som mottar forskjellige behandlinger helt sammenliknbare,
og det samme antall småsvin, den samme
gjennomsnittsvekt og den samme gjen-nomsnittsalder.
Forsøket varte i 28 dager i hvert til-felle for den første serie av behandlinger og 35 dager for de fire andre serier.
Basisrasjonen var sammensatt av 56,5 pst. mais og 21 pst. soyabønner med 2,5 pst. fiskelimvann og 15 pst. skummet tørr-melk som kilde for dyrisk protein. I tillegg anvendes stabilisert fett (2,5 pst.), vitaminer, mineralsalter og sakkarin (0,05 pst). Rasjonen inneholdt 18 pst. rått protein'.
Resultatene var som følger:
