Description
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse går ut på anvendelse av fosfor-
syrling og/eller uorganiske salter derav og/eller organiske salter derav valgt fra gruppen bestående av nøytrale eller sure salter av mono-, di- og trifC^-C^) alkylamin eller tilsvarende hydroksyalkylamin og kvaternisert (C^~C3) alkylammonium og av imidazol, cyclohexylamin, morfolin, anilin og anilin substituert med 1-3
(C1~C4) alkylgrupper for å kontrollere sopp-angrep i. planter.
Eksempler på egnede salter omfatter nøytrale og sure salter av alkalimetaller, samt annomiumsaltet, samt av primære, sekundære eller tertiære, eventuelt hydroksylsubstituerte C^-C^-alkyl-
aminer, videre kvaternisert (C-^-C^) alkylammoniumsaltet og imida-> zolsaltet, samt cyclohexylamin. morfolin, anilin og anilin substituert med 1-3 (C^-C^) alkylgrupper , som generelt lett løselig i vann, videre tungtløselige eller fullstendig uopp-
løselig salter som f.eks. salter av jordalkalimetaller som eller av tyngre metaller som f.eks. kobber, jern, nikkel, kobolt,
mangan, sink eller eventuelt aluminium.
Fosforsyrling og dinatriumfosfitt er kommersielle produkter
som kan anvendes som utgangsmaterialer for fremstilling av de andre salter ved konvensjonelle prosesser, som f.eks. mer eller mindre fullstendig nøytralisering, dobbelt-spalting, etc.
Organiske fosforf-orbindelser med fungicide egenskaper er tid-
ligere foreslått. Spesielt er visse aminoalkylfosfitter be-
skrevet som har en interessant virkning på vinstokk-mugg. Mer nylig er visse alkylfosfater funnet å være aktive med hensyn til pirikulariose.
Det er nå funnet at de nevnte forbindelser, selv om de er enklere enn konvensjonelle forbindelser, viser utmerkede fungicide egenskaper og kan i henhold til oppfinnelsen anvendes som aktive bestanddeler i preparater for kontroll av sopp-angrep i planter.
De forbindelser som ble undersøkt ble, hvor de ikke kunne fås i handelen, fremstilt spesielt.
1 - fosforsyrling H^PO^ - smeltepunkt 74°C
2 - surt natrium- eller mononatriumfosfitt Nat^PO^
Dette salt fremstilles ved.å tilsette en vandig løsning av en ekvivalent fosforsyrling til en vandig løsning av en ekvivalent soda til pH 4. Væsken avdampes til slrupkonsistens og avkjøles. Hydratet NaH2P0.j.2-5 H20 krystalliserer ut. Det renses ved omkrystallisering fra vann.
3 - dinatriumfosfitt eller nøytralt matriumfosfitt Na2HP0.j
En vandig løsning av en ekvivalent fosforsyrling tilsettes til en vandig løsning av to ekvivalenter soda til pH 9. Oppløsningen krystalliseres ved inndampning. Dette produkt tilsvarer formelen Na2HP03> 5 HgO som blir flytende ved 53°C. Hydratet mister sitt vann ved 140 C og gir det vannfri fosfitt Na2HPO.j.
4 - surt kalium- eller monokalium- fosfitt KH2P03
Denne forbindelse oppnås på samme måte som forbindelsen 2, med unntagelse av at soda erstattes med pottaske.
5 - nøytralt kaliumfosfitt K2HP03
Denne forbindelse fremstilles på samme måte som forbindelsen 3,-med unntagelse av at soda erstattes med pottaske. Væskeholdige... krystaller oppnås.
6 surt a. nmoniumf osf itt - smeltepunkt 123°C
7 - surt trietylaminfosfitt
Denne forbindelse fremstilles på samme måte som forbindelsen 2 med unntagelse av at soda erstattes med trietylamin.
8 - surb monoetanolaminfosfitt HpPO^ H^NCH^CHg-OH
Denne forbindelse fremstilles på samme måte som forbindelsen 2, med unntagelse av at soda erstattes med monoetanolamin. Analyse for CpH^NO^P
9 - surb kalsiumfosfitt Ca(HpPO^) 2* E2°
Denne forbindelse fremstilles på samme måte som forbindelsen 2, med unntagelse av at soda erstattes av kalsiumkarbonat,, Oppløsningen inndampes i vakuum. Den vannloselige krystallinske masse taper sitt-krystallvann ved 150°C.
10 - noytralt kalsiumfosfitt CaHPO^.HgO
Dette salt fremstilles ved innvirkning av noytralt ammoniumfosfitt på kalsiumklorid. Et hvitt krystallinsk pulver som mister sitt krytallvann ved 200 - 300°C oppnås.
11 - bariumdisurt- fosfitt BafcU (PO^H) 2
Denne forbindelse oppnås ved nøytralisering av fosforsyrling med bariumkarbonat. Bunnfallet filtreres og inndampes til torrhet i vakuum. Produktet som er loselig i vann spaltes ved omtrent 130°C.
12 - noytralt bariumfosl' itt BaHPO^
Denne forbindelse fremstilles ved tilsetning av en ekvivalent dinatriumfosfltt til en ekvivalent av en vandig losning av barium-klorid. Det noy.trale f osf itt er et salt som er omtrent uloselig i vann. Under innvirkning av varme mister det et molekyl vann mellom 1^0 og 200°C. Det sure .fosfitt gjendannes ved hydrolyse av det nbytrale fosfitt i kokende vann.
13 - noytralt kobber fil) f osf itt CuHPO-^. 2 H20
Kupriklorid omsettes med ammoniumfosfitt. Det oppnådde produkt er et blått, flakaktig eller krystallinsk materiale.
iH - novtralt nikkel fIDf osf itt
Nikkel ClI)klorid tilsettes til fosfortriklorid som delvis er hydrolysert med ammoniakk. Et bunnfall dannes tilsvarende formelen 2(NIHP0^)H20 6 H20. Det oppnådde produkt har gronn farge og mister omtrent 3 molekyler vann i nærvær av svovelsyre. Ved 250°C gir det forbindelsen 2(NiHPO^).H20.
15 - treverdig jernfosfitt Fe2 (HPO^)^
Denne forbindelse oppnås ved tilsetning av ferriklorid til fosforsyrling.
16 - man^ anofosfitt MnHPO^.HgO
Fosforsyrling omsettes med mangan(II)karbonat. Analyse for MnH^PO^.
17 - nov tralt s ink ( II) fosi' i tt ZnllPO^
Denne forbindelse oppnås ved omsetning av ammoniumfosfitt og sink-sulfat eller ved opplosning av sinkoksyd i fosforsyrling. Det oppnås en forbindelse tilsvarende formelen ZnHPO^. 1,5 R^ O. Den mister 1 molekyl vann ved 120°C og resten av vannet ved 280°C.
18 - noytralt magnesiumfosfitt MgHPO^. 6 H20
Dette salt utfelles ved innvirkning av 1 mol noytralt ammoniumfosfitt på en ekvivalent magnesiumklorid. Etter filtrering oppnås saltet i et utbytte på 68%. Smeltepunkt over 300°C.
Porsentvis analyse av MgHPO^
19 - noytralt aluminiumfosfitt A12(HP0^)^
Dette salt utfelles ved innvirkning av noytralt ammoniumfosfitt på aluminiumnitrater. Det oppnås et hvitt bunnfall som filtreres.
20 - ku<p>rofosfitt Cu2HP0y 2 H20
16, h g (0,2 mol) fosforsyrling blandes med en ekvivalent kuprooksyd. Blandingen får reagere i 1 time. Den oppvarmes spontant og endrer farge fra rod til brun. Bunnfallet frafiltreres og kuprofosfitt oppnås i et utbytte på 97%.
Prosentvis analyse av Cu^HPO^. 2 H20
21 - surt fosfitt av 1, 3- imidazol
16,^ g (0,2 mol) fosforsyrling opploses i 30 ml vann. 13,6 g (0,2 mol) 1,3-imidazol tilsettes så dråpevis under omroring og avkjoling. Saltet er opploselig i vann: Et bunnfall oppnås ved
konsentrering etterfulgt av inndamping. Utbytte 83$. Smeltepunkt 113°C. Prosentvis analyse for C^H^NgO^P
22 til 27 - fosTitter av organiske baser
Fremgangsmåten er den samme som i det foregående eksempel, med unntagelse av at imidazolet i rekkefolge erstattes av cykloheksyl-amin, anilin, aniliner som er substituert i kjernen, spesielt med 1 til 3 Cj - C^-alkylradikaler, og morfolin» Hvis det oppnådde salt er uopploselig i vann filtreres det rå bunnfall og omkrystall-iseres fra vann.
De respektive formler, fysikalske konstanter(smeltepunkter, opp-loselighet i vann) utbytte og prosentvis analyse er gitt i den folgende tabell: De fungicide egenskaper av forbindelsene kan variere alt etter omstendighetene, men er spesielt interessante i tilfellet av vinstokk-mugg som vises ved de folgende eksempler:
Eksempel 1: Forsok in vitro på mycel-vekst.
Forbindelsene undersokes med hensyn til innvirkning på mycel-veksten av folgende sopparter: - Rhizoctonia solani, som forer til svulstdannelser i planter Botrytis cinerea,som forer til såkalt "gråråte"
Piricularia oryzae, som forer til piriculariose i ris.
Metoden med "Agar-platefortynning" ble anvendt ved hvert forsok.
En blanding av agargel og en acetonlosning av et fuktbart pulver
som inneholdt det material som skulle undersokes i en konsentrasjon på 0,25 g/l helles inn i en Petri-skål ved en temperatur på omtrent 5o°c.
Det fuktbare pulver fremstilles ved å blande de folgende bestanddeler i 1 minutt i en hurtigmolle:
Dette fuktbare pulver blandes så med vann i en mengde tilstrekkelig for anvendelse i den*nodvendige dose.
Den agargel-holdige blanding får så stivne hvoretter mycel-dyrkingsnkiver sv sopparten anbringes derpå.
En Petri-skål tilsvarende den ovennevnte Petri-skål, med unntagelse av at det agargel-holdige medium ikke inneholder noe aktivt material, anvendes som kontroll.
Etter h dager ved 20°C bestemmes overflatearealet av inhiberings-sonen og uttrykkes som prosent av podet overflateareal.
Under disse betingelser finnes det at forbindelsen 8 frembringer 51 til 60$ inhibering av Pythium de Baryanum og Rhizoctania solani og at forbindelsen 1*f frembringer k8%, 59% og 78% inhibering av henhv. Botrytis cinerea, Piricularia oryzae og Rhizoctohia solåhi.
Eksempel 2: In vivo prove med Plasmopara viticola i vinstokkplanter.
a) Preventiv behandling.
Bladene i pottedyrkede vinstokkplanter (Gamay-arten) sproytes på
undersiden under anvendelse av en sprøytepistol med en vandig suspensjon av et fuktbart pulver med folgende vektvise sammensetning:
i den nodvendige fortynning og inneholdende det aktive material som skulle undersokes i den nodvendige dose. Hvert forsok ble gjentatt tre ganger.
Etter k8 timer podes plantene ved at bladenes underside påsproytes en vandig suspensjon av omtrent 80.000 enheter/cc av sopp-sporer.
Pottene anbringes så i en inkubasjonsoelle ved 20°C/100$ relativ fuktighet i k8 timer.
Plantene ble undersokt 9 dager etter at de var smittet.
Under disse betingelser finnes det at i en dose på 0,5 g/l gir forbindelsene 1 til 8, 10, 12, 13, 1<*>f, 16, 17, 19, 20 og 2k fullstendig beskyttelse, mens forbindelsene 15, 18, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27 gir god beskyttelse.
I tillegg ble det funnet at ingen av forbindelsene viste den minste plante-giftvirkning.
b) Behandling etter smitte.
Fremgangsmåten er som beskrevet under a) ovenfor, med unntagelse
av at plantene forst smittes og deretter behandles med det aktive material som skal undersokes, idet plantene undersokes 9 dager etter smitten.
Under disse betingelser finnes det atien dose på 1 g/l stanser forbindelsene 1 til 8, lH, 16, 17, 21, 22, 24-,-25 og 26 fullstendig utviklingen av mugg på vinstokkplanter.
c) Systemisk prove ved rot- absorpsjon på vinstokk- mugg.
En rekke forskjellige vinstokk-planter (Gamay-typen) fikk tilpasse
seg i en potte som inneholdt vermikulitt og en næringsløsning og.
ble deretter dusjet med en losning inneholdende 0,5 g/l av det material som skulle undersokes. Etter 2 dager smittes vinstokk-plantene med en vandig losning inneholdende 100.000 sporer/cc av Plasmopara viticola. Sporene får så inkubere i h8 timer i et rom
ved 20°C/130$ relativ fuktighet. Smittegraden bestemmes etter omtrent 9 dager i forhold til en smittet kontrollprove som var dusjet med <*>f0 cc destillert vann.
Under disse betingelser finnes det at i en dose på 0,5 g/l gir forbindelsene 1 til 8, 12, 17, 19, 21, 22, 25 absorbert gjennom roten total beskyHelse, mens forbindelsene 10, 13 og 23 gir god beskyttelse for vinstokkbladene mot mugg, og dette viser klart den systemiske natur av disse forbindelser.
d) Prover i friluft.
Grupper av vinstokk-planter (Gamay-typen) behandles på den 27. juni,
k., 11,, og 18. juli, 1. og 7. august med en dusj av fuktbart pulver inneholdende 50$ aktivt material, nemlig forbindelsen 13 og mangan-etylen-1,2-bis-ditiokarbamat eller "manebe".
Den folgende tabell viser resultatene av undersøkelser gjort
omtrent 1 måned, 2 måneder og 2-g- måneder etter den siste behandling. Det bemerkes at i august og september var muggsoppen Plasmopara viticola ytterst virulent på grunn av mye regn. For en ensartet dose på 2 g/l uttrykkes resultatene som prosent beskyttelse i forhold til en smittet men ubehandlet kontrollprove.
Denne tabell viser klart den bemerkelsesverdige langvarige innvirkning av denne forbindelse. Det kunne heller ikke finnes noe tegn på plante-giftvirkning i noen av de behandlede planter.
Disse forbindelser viser klart de bemerkelsesverdige fungicide egenskaper, idet forbindelsene individuelt karakteriseres ved deres umiddelbare, varige eller systemiske virkning, spesielt på vinstokk-mugg.
Enkelte av disse forbindelser, mer spesielt de vannloselige salter, viser bedre systemiske egenskaper enn de omtrent uoppløselige salter. I motsetning hertil har de omtrent uopploselige salter mer langvarig virkning. Det er av denne grunn at det er mulig med fordel å blande disse produkter med hverandre, mer spesielt en blanding av en oppløselig forbindelse og en mindre oppløselig forbindelse for å kombinere beskyttelsen av spirer med langvarig virkning.
Eksempel . 1: Avocado-prove.
Avocado-spirer (typen Persea indica) plantes i jord som er smittet med Phytophtora cinnamomi hvoretter jorden sprøytes med en losning inneholdende 3 g/l ammoniumfosfitt. Enkelte spirer etterlates ubehandlet som kontrollprover. Under disse betingelser finnes det etter 20 dager at rottene på kontrollprovene er helt dode, mens 90$ av de behandlede spirer er friske.
Eksempel h: Ananas-prove.
Ananas-spirer smittes med Phytophtora parasitica og behandles etter 4-8 timer ved sproyting med en losning inneholdende 0,5 g/l kalsiumfosfitt. Etter 30 dager er soppen fullstendig inhibert i de behandlede spirer mens kontrollprovene er smittet.
Alle disse eksempler viser klart den bemerkelsesverdige fungicide aktivitet av disse forbindelser, på den ene side en systemisk anti-muggvirkning som både forhindrer og stanser utviklingen av vinstokk-mugg, og på den annen side også virkningen på visse phytophtora.
Forbindelsene er imidlertid også funnet å være ytterst virknings-fulle for kontroll av andre typer av parasittiske sopparter som f.eks. Peronospora tabacci, Pseudoperonospora humili, Phytophtora cactorum, Phytophtora capsici, Bremia lactucae, Phytophtora infestans, Peronospora sp., Phytophtora palmivora,'Phytophtora phaseoli, Phytophtora megasperma, Phytophtora drechsteri og andre Phytophtora sp., også i andre planter for temperert eller tropisk klima som f.eks. tobakk, hage-gronnsaker, spesielt jordbærplanter, gronn pepper, lok, sot pepper, tomat, bonner og i prydplanteri— ananas, soya, citrus, kakao, kokosnottpalmer og i hevea-gummi-planter. Forbindelsene er folgelig spesielt egnet for bruk ved - preventiv eller helbredende behandling av sopp-sykdommer i plante-r, spesielt soppsykdommer bevirket av phycomycetes i de nevnte grønn-saker, eller også i andre planter som kan angripes av disse sopp--arter.
Forbindelsene kan anvendes med fordel i blanding med hverandre eller med andre kjente fungicider, som f.eks. metall ditiokarbamater (manebe, zinebe, mancozebe), basiske salter eller hydroksyder av kobber (oksyklorid, oksysulfat), (tetrahydro)ftalimider (captane, captafol, folpel), N-O-butyl karbaraoyl)-2-benzimidazol, metyl-, karbamat (benomyl), 1,2-di-(3-metoksy eller etoksy)-karbonyl-2-tioureidobenzener (tiofanater)4 metyl 2-benzimidazolkarbamat y etc, enten for å gjore aktivitetsområdet for forbindelsene mer fullstendig eller for å oke deres langtidsvirkning.
Det er også funnet at forbindelsene kan blandes med andre fungicide fosforderivater med anti-muggsoppvirkning, videre med 2-hydroksy-1 ,3,2-dioksafosfolaner, (3-hydroksyetylf osf itter, fosfonsyre-mono-estere og deres salter, fosfonsyrediestere, cykliske difosfor-forbindelser og aminofosfit ter, omhandlet henhv. i franske patent-ansokninger 73 01803, 73 37994-, 73 ^ 5627 , 74- 08995, 74- 10988 og
74- 132^6.
Da doser som anvendes for oppfinnelsens formål varierer innen vide grenser, avhengig både av virulensen av sopparten og de klimatiske . betingelser. Doser på fra 0,01 til 5 g/l aktivt material er generelt egnet.
For praktisk anvendelse anvendes forbindelsene sjelden alene. De danner oftest deler av preparater som vanlig inneholder en bærer og/eller et overflateaktivt middel i tillegg til den aktive bestand-del.
I denne forbindelse er en bærer et organisk eller uorganisk,
naturlig eller syntetisk material som det aktive material anvendes sammen med for å lette dets påforing på planten, fro eller jord-bunnen, eller dets transport eller behandling. Bæreren kan være fast (leire, naturlige eller syntetiske silikater, harpikser, voks-arter, faste gjodningsmidler) eller væskeformede- (vann, alkoholer, ketoner, petroleumdestillater, klorerte hydrokarboner, flytende-gjorte gasser).
Detoverflateaktive middel kan være ionisk eller ikke-ionisk, enten
et emulgeringsmiddel, dispergeringsmiddel eller et fuktemiddel som f.eks. salter av polyakrylsyrer og lignosulfonsyrer, kondensater av etylenoksyd med fettalkoholer, fettsyrer eller fettaminer.,
Preparatene kan fremstilles i form av fuktbare pulvere, forstøv-ningpulvere, granulater, løsninger, emulgerbare konsentrater, emulsjoner, oppslemmede konsentrater og aerosoler.
De fuktbare pulvere kan fremstilles slik at de inneholder fra 20 til 95 vekt% aktivt material og de inneholder vanlig, i tillegg til en fast bære, fra 0 til 5 vekt% av et fuktemiddel, fra 3 til 10 vekt% av et dispergeringsmiddel og, om nødvendig, fra 0 til 10 vekt% av ett eller flere stabiliseringsmidler og/eller andre til-setninger, som f.eks. penetreringsmidler, klébemidler eller anti-klumpdannende middel, fargestoffer, etc.
Et eksempel på sammensetningen av et fuktbart pulver er gitt i det følgende:
Vandige dispersjoner og smulsjoner, f.eks. sammensetninger oppnådd ved fortynning med vann eller et fuktbart pulver eller et emulger-bart konsentrat kan anvendes. Disse emulsjoner kan være av typen vann-i-olje eller av typen olje-i-vann og kan ha en tykk konsi-stens som nærmest kan betegnes som kremaktig.
Preparatene kan inneholde andre bestanddeler, f.eks. beskyttende kolloider, klébemidler eller fortykningsmidler, tiksotropiske midler, stabiliserende midler eller kompleksdannende midler, såvel som andre aktive materialer som er kjent å ha pesticide egenskaper, spesielt akaricider eller insekticider.
Forbindelsene kan påføres de planter som skal beskyttes ved-konvensjonelle påføringsmetoder for pesticider, som f.eks. sprøyt-ing, spredning, pulverstrøing eller bløtlegging.
Claims (1)
- Anvendelse av fosforsyrling og/eller uorganiske salter derav og/eller organiske salter derav valgt fra gruppen bestående av nøytrale eller sure salter av mono-, di- og tri (C-^-C-j) alkylamin eller tilsvarende hydroksyalkylamin og kvaternisert iC^- C^) alkylammonium og av imidazol, cyklo-heksylamin, morfolin, anilin og anilin substituert med 1-3 (C^-C^) alkylgrupper for å kontrollere sopp-angrep i planter.
