Abstract

The catamaran has two parallel hulls spaced apart and each equipped with a rudder, joined by a deck with mast. The hulls (1) are adjustably coupled to the deck (2), so that they can be moved in relation to it in the transverse direction. Each can be secured to the deck by a hinge (4) and an adjustable component (5). The design allows the best position of hull to be assumed for keeping on course when only one hull is in the water, due to the craft heeling over.
