Abstract

The reinforced panels are constructed so as to enable semi-skilled personnel to join various sections, and comprises wooden laminated sheets (4, 6) which are joined by longitudinal positioned reinforcing strips (8a, 8b) made of soft wood. At least two of these ribs are in paired relationship with a space between equal to the rib width. The remaining rib may be fixed at an arbitrary distance from the aforementioned two ribs. Rabeted infill edge strips may be glued into the edges of the laminated sheets, in a similar manner as the ribs which are also glued to the sheets. Construction details enable joining of various sections into large units, e.g. partition wall panels.
